Consider adding Netiquette to the Guild Rules. Many new players have not had a chance to even learn what it is, and practicing good netiquette is a skill we all need to exercise if we want to do well in online communities.

The Core Rules of Netiquette are excerpted from the book Netiquette by Virginia Shea. I will list the rules below. Those of you who want to know more, go to the website and click on each rule for elaboration. [1] These rules have been online since at least 1990, and before that they were sent around by Email. It is the definitive guide for how NOT to be a flamer online.

This is partially in response to things that are commonly used in other MMORPGs, and partially the timing was motivated by recent disruptions in the guild. I dont know all the details on that, but I thought it would be good to expand on the expectations so if you need to put a leash on someone, you can point to this page and not have to justify yourselves on the spot.

I dont know all the details on that, but I thought it would be good to expand on the expectations so if you need to put a leash on someone, you can point to this page and not have to justify yourselves on the spot.
