-December 12 2011: I have loaned a user 51ce under the following terms:
-they will pay me back a flat fee of 5ce for the loan, plus interest of 1ce per day. They can pay back in cr if they wish, using the conversion rate of 70cr per ce. If they wish, they can pay me back by mail to avoid having to wait for me to be online and/or having to pay more interest because I'm not online that day. the 100cr fee for sending a mail with attachments will be paid separately, by the sender.
