A Confetti is an aesthetic Usable that, when used, generates temporary animated visuals. They are usually commemorative of events or promotions. Confetti items expire when used. There are many different kinds - some last longer than others, especially the bucket type.

Notes
Usually, singles of these usables (as well as in bulk - usually 50) show up in the Featured Auction House during the relevant promotion.
Confetti
Using Confetti makes the player's knight display the /shout animation and creates confetti identical to the confetti released from treasure boxes.
Buckets
Buckets seem to "have an endless supply" of whatever is contained within them. This is a single-use usable item. When used, the bucket item pops out onto the ground for a while. Many players, not just the user, can interact with this item: pulling a confetti-like item out of the bucket up over the head, and then throwing it. The bucket expires after several minutes.
- If players keep the extracted entity held above their heads, they will continue to hold on to it as long as they don't throw it or leave the area (even if the bucket it came from disappeared).
- If a player leaves the area while holding an entity from a bucket, then the entity will act as if it's hit a target at the point of the player's exit.
