When does this character show up in the lab?
Accoring to this forum announcement, the lab changes how it looks based on what's completed. So, when does Pakrat show up? Could it be the events that occurred in Rank Mission 4-2 "A New Threat", or perhaps after defeating the Roarmulus Twins in Built to Destroy? Or some other mission that mentions the roarmulus twins?
