Added documentation template and further explanation, then notice that any instances of template showed up without "recipe" appended (except for on the template page itself). Have reverted to previous edit in the hope it snaps back.

Will be watching to see if the reversion helps, or whether it was always like that. (Still can't pick out the reason why it would be happening in either instance.) --Scribo 04:56, 7 September 2012 (UTC)
