[edit] [purge] Template documentation

Usage

Adds external source data to a file. This template should only be used for external images (not game files, screenshots, or cropped screenshots of the game).

Code

{{Copyrightsource|1}}

Or if the source is common, insert one word to bring up the source's copyright statement. The phrase will show up if it has been incorporated into the template:

{{Copyrightsource|Google}}

Parameters

1
The source. Input is typically manual. List of common sources incorporated into this template:
EA
Google
Raptr
Valve

Notes

If external source data seems dubious, use Template:Copyvio until issue is resolved. The issue will likely require Admin attention.

See Clotho's Talk: "Copyright" issue for details about this template's development.
