Maskwell is located in Haven only for The Dark Harvest Festival though!

A Stranger merchant in the town square district of Haven. This vendor sells special Halloween masks designed after several types of monsters.

He is only around during the Dark Harvest Festival.

They are only available during the Dark Harvest Festival in October. The candies are obtainable from the Punkin King or Bulky.
