Tenzhill is an NPC.
Notes
This character has been in the game since ???.
Knight Tenzhill informs players about Mount Krampus in the lobby of the Winterfest-exclusive Event Dangerous Mission: Grinchlin Assault!.
"Hail" is the greeting this NPC uses - a common one to be sure, but also probably a sort of pun, because hail is cold, as is the season during which Mount Krampus can be ascended.
This NPC's name is similar to a Tibetan name (བསྟན་འཛིན) that roughly means "expounder of teachings" and "protector of faith". This is appropriate, as Tenzhill is a knight, and therefore can fight and defend, and "teaches" players about the hazards of the mission. The "Hill" in his name probably refers to the mountain, Krampus.
Tenzhill's weapon may be intended to be like a real-world Ice Axe, since Event Dangerous Mission: Grinchlin Assault! is about ascending an icy mountain.

Three Camp Guards stationed here with Knight Tenzhill are also weary and wary of the mountain's hazards.
Dialogue
Hail! You must be the brave knight Spiral HQ has sent to deal with these Grinchlins. Mount Krampus is not like other levels so allow me to explain to you how it works.
- I need all the help I can get, tell me what you know.
- I have no time to talk. (ends dialogue)
Mount Krampus is the home of the Grinchlin faction and their allies. They are a very stingy lot and won't drop any loot themselves. All their treasures are stored in the shelters you'll find up the mountain.
These shelters will offer you two choices: exit the mountain and claim some Grinchlin treasure, or press on further up the mountain.
Should you press on, you pass on the loot in that shelter, but will find even more treasures at the next shelter.
Mount Grinchlin is an oppressive environment and few knights likely have the fortitude to reach its summit. If you feel things getting too rough, take the exit! Otherwise you risk losing everything!
Good luck to you. And try to stay warm!
