Bechamel is an NPC that sells unbinding tickets for armor and helmet accessories . He can be found in the far west side of the Haven Bazaar.

He can be found in the far west side of the Haven bazaar, right above where Kozma and Brinks are located.

If you look in the background from where Bechamel is standing, you can see a Love Puppy.
Bechamel is carrying what appears to be a giant pair of scizzors on his back. The scizzors bare some resemblance to the Leviathan Blade. Whether this item will be added to the game for players to wield is unknown.
For some odd reason, his name is shown as "m.accessory". Instead of where it would usually say "Accessory Merchant" (for example), it instead shows "b.accessory".
