The Sniped Stranger Hat is a {{{star}}}-star helmet.
Description
A hat once worn by one of the enigmatic Strangers. It seems to have small colorful feathers hiding in every seam.
- Note: the Snipe on the hat as well as the head light are player-color

None of the vendors sell the Sniped Stranger Hat. This costume helmet can only be obtained from the Explorer's Pack.
