The High Stun will be helpful for absorbing Vanaduke's mace hits (as well as lumbars elsewhere) and the Low Elemental is not wasted because it will stack with the shields already formidable Elemental defense. The damage faced in FSC is Normal (Vanaduke's mace, Slag Guards, and Trojans), Elemental, Fire, and Shadow (Zombies). That is why the Grey Owlite (5* version of this shield) is so popular for FSC runs.
