<Of Draco Dusk> is a guild focused on developing spiral knights into proper players. This includes preparing knights for end-game missions, teaching the tricks of the game, maintaining a wealth of knowledge, and fostering a positive attitude. Any Tier is welcome.

Ranking Up

Please, only one potential recruit at a time should be tested, in order to be properly observed.
- To become a member, a recruit must show consistently polite, nice behavior. This rank-up may take some time, and is proposed to the Guild Master by members of the Penumbra Ring or higher. Depositing 5,000 crowns to the Guild Vault (see Vault rules) will express high interest in the guild, and will rank a recruit up to member.
- To become a veteran, a member must help a novice (the novice does not have to be in the guild) in some way. This includes helping with a mission, crafting armor, or taking a personal apprentice. Veteran status is proposed to the Guild Master by members of the Umbra Ring.
- To be in the Midnight Veterans' Circle, an individual must be an exceptional player, be vanguard, and have been in the guild for quite some time. Members are proposed by the Umbra Ring members, and decided by the Guild Master.
- To be an Instructor, an individual must be have an apprentice. Please note that all ranks of veteran and above can be in this group. Approval by the Guild Master is mandatory, as this action is very important and sensitive.
- To be in the Shadow Circle, an individual must have completed a Shadow Lair.
- To be a Crimson Hammer, an individual must have completed all tiers of Operation Crimson Hammer.
- The Officers' Rings are closed once filled. The Guild Master will choose the guild's Umbra Ring, and the guild's Penumbra Ring will be decided by the Guild Master, Umbra Ring, and Devil's Advocate. Officers are veterans who show the utmost patience, kindness, and honor. Officers are expected to be permanent members. There are a total of 7 officers, with Devil's Advocate being the hidden 1st position, and the remaining six as active Keepers of Order.
Rank Expectations

Guild Master: Novaster will provide any shards needed for transmuting to Members and above, be available for advice and missions whenever possible on Fridays, be the deciding word for guild issues, maintain the raffle and vault savings, and approve rank ups.
Devil's Advocate: Corrider will contribute an opinion for the most sensitive of guild issues.
Officers are expected to be: very active (with the exception of Corrider, as we occasionally need an unbiased opinion), show patience, be a permanent member, show exemplary gaming skill, be a veteran (to prove mission availability and sufficient gaming skill to help with missions.)
PLEASE NOTE that both officer rings are of equal status. They are named according to their general duties (penumbra is closer to "lighter" recruit issues). The officer rings serve as the left and right claws of the Guild. There are always three officers per ring, and officers can request to have their position moved from one to the other if a swap wants to be made. Main differences: umbra ring has decision control over Midnight proposals, while Penumbra Ring has control over Teacher Titles and lower rank proposals. In this sense, the umbra ring is less active, but has more important decisions to make - so an officer can choose their burdens.
Umbra Officer's Ring: takes care of guild issues, proposes rank ups (all except teacher), proposes removals, unanimous opinion will call Penumbra Ring to an issue the Guild Master disagrees with. In this instance, the issue has become a "Major Issue, Folks", and requires unanimous opinions of both the Umbra and Penumbra Rings to override the Guild Master's decision.
Penumbra Ring: takes care of guild issues, propose rank ups for (recruits --> members) and (members --> veterans), proposes Teacher Titles, must be on duty for possible Major Issues.
Midnight Veterans' Circle: To be accepted into the Midnight Veterans' Circle, a veteran must: be a Teacher in Draco 101 and/or an Instructor, have Veteran Status, be vanguard, have unanimous Umbra Ring support, and have Guild Master approval. Being in this circle is a special position, and opinions are taken into serious consideration by Officers and Guild Masters. Midnight Veterans are expected to be permanent members.
Crimson Hammers: have completed all tiers of Operation Crimson Hammer.

Recruits: polite conversation, patience, decent "active player" status, patience, did we mention patience?
Being an Instructor
Having an apprentice means that an individual has decided to become a very personal teacher, a.k.a an Instructor, to a recruit of the guild. An Instructor is expected to provide any materials needed for transmuting (with the exception of shadow materials), be available to help with missions, and provide a full 3* chroma set to their chosen apprentice (if they don't already have one), once the apprentice has shown themselves to be an exceptional learner. Once the Instructor has helped the apprentice defeat the Roarmulus Twins, apprenticeship ends but is still formally acknowledged. This means materials no longer need to be provided. Since having an apprentice is a step above the call of Draco Duty, it is not required to rank up.
Being an Apprentice
Being an apprentice gives a player an excellent opportunity to advance through the game. However, it would be far too easy to take advantage of being an apprentice, so becoming an apprentice is a matter of a Guild Member offering to become your Instructor. Asking will get you nowhere.
Being a Teacher
Being a Teacher: Answering any question about the game to the best of your ability, running missions with the primary purpose of teaching combat techniques, offering tips about secret areas and game manipulation, forming gatherings in haven and concocting team strategies. Teacher status will be proposed by any individual of the Penumbra Ring, and decided by the Guild Master, if the individual can answer ten of the Draco 101 Basic Test questions.

- Students (anyone not a Teacher, or even Teachers, because we all learn all the time): check the list of Teachers to know whom you can ask questions about the game, and get precise, correct answers!
- Teachers: You must answer 10 randomly selected questions from the Draco 101 Basic Test! (Which only the Guild Master has - studying is done by playing the game!)

Rules
- Tickets for the Raffle depend on which Raffle is active in a given week:
- Brass = random materials. Tickets: one ticket for each of the following: [thirty 0* materials], [twenty 1* materials], [ten 2* materials], [five 3* materials], [ two 4* materials], [ one 5* material].
- Bronze = 500 crowns per ticket
- Silver = 2,000 crowns per ticket
- Gold = 100 crystal energy per ticket
- Amber = Random Items. Tickets: one ticket for each of the following: [five 1* items], [one 2* item].
- Example: in a Brass Raffle, putting 30 blue shards into the pot will get you one ticket.
- Amber lotteries will not be held often, as most participants will probably already have whatever items are made, and mist is better used elsewhere. Amber lotteries appreciate cosmetic things like wrench wands, not wolver caps, though you can toss those in as well. Items can be used or sold for crowns, depending on what the winner would like to do with them.
- Tickets are hypothetical things that don't exist in the game. Novaster will keep track of who has bought x-number of "tickets."
- Note: If the Raffle is "bronze", you cannot buy silver or gold tickets, instead you buy two bronze tickets for 500cr each if you want to increase your chances.
- Do not give anyone but the character "Draco-Dusk-Raffle" or "Novaster" materials, cr, or CE when participating in the raffle.
- Receiving your prize: After the drawing, talk to the Guild Master.
