If there are wayward icons (like File:Locked Achievement.png), add a makeshift type to it that forces it to be grouped with others - for "File:Locked Achievement.png", the "type" would be "achievement" so it gets grouped with achievements - with other achievements being properly named and not needing to be redundantly typed.
