Energetic Knights are probably either really hyper, or they just have too much energy stored up in their systems.
An Energetic Knight's main purpose is to tell Knights about Crystal Energy and Mist Energy. They can be found all over Haven.

They still use the default Knight helmet and armor that was used before the Art update
