Historically, this item was obtained during Steam's Total War Weekend event, which lasted from September 27th to October 1st in the year 2012. This item was bundled with a Medieval II: Total War or a Total War Battles: SHOGUN game purchase. Users who had these games previous to the event were automatically gifted this item.
