Important Guild Information
Ranking Up
- To become a recruit, an individual must run one of the boss missions (Snarbolax, Jelly King, Roarmulus Twins, or Vanaduke) with at least one member Of Veteran rank (or higher order), or have run several non-boss missions with a guildie in the past. These runs are a judge of character, not skill. Test runs are held formally on Wednesdays by Novaster, but guildies may test at any time. Guild personnel will observe the potential recruit's behavior, and report to the Guild Master. If the individual seems to have <Of Draco Dusk> potential, they will become a recruit. Please, only one potential recruit at a time should be tested, in order to be properly observed.

- To be in the Midnight Veterans' Circle, an individual must be an exceptional player, be vanguard, and have been in the guild for quite some time. Members are proposed by the Umbra Ring members, and decided by the Guild Master.
- To be an Instructor, an individual must be have an apprentice. Please note that all guildies of veteran guild status (since veteran status is obtained by taking an apprentice) and above can be in this group, as long as they are at least of Defender Elite rank in-game. Approval by the Guild Master is mandatory, as this action is very important and sensitive.
- To be in the Shadow Circle, an individual must have completed a Shadow Lair.
- To be a Crimson Hammer, an individual must have completed all tiers of Operation Crimson Hammer.
- The Officers' Rings are closed once filled. The Guild Master will choose the guild's Umbra Ring, and the guild's Penumbra Ring will be decided by the Guild Master, Umbra Ring, and Devil's Advocate. Officers are veterans who show the utmost patience, kindness, and honor. Officers are expected to be permanent members. There are a total of 7 officers, with Devil's Advocate being the hidden 1st position, and the remaining six as active Keepers of Order.
Rank Expectations

Guild Master: Novaster will try to provide general transmuting materials, be available for advice and missions whenever possible on Fridays, be the deciding word for guild issues, maintain the raffle and vault savings, and approve rank ups.
Devil's Advocate: Corrider will contribute an opinion for the most sensitive of guild issues.
Officers are expected to be: very active (with the exception of Corrider, as we occasionally need an unbiased opinion), show patience, be a permanent member, show exemplary gaming skill, be a veteran (to prove mission availability and sufficient gaming skill to help with missions.)
PLEASE NOTE that both officer rings are of equal status. They are named according to their general duties (penumbra is closer to "lighter" recruit issues). The officer rings serve as the left and right claws of the Guild. There are always three officers per ring, and officers can request to have their position moved from one to the other if a swap wants to be made. Main differences: umbra ring has decision control over Midnight proposals, while Penumbra Ring has control over Teacher Titles and lower rank proposals. In this sense, the umbra ring is less active, but has more important decisions to make - so an officer can choose their burdens.

Being an Instructor
Having an apprentice means that an individual has decided to become a very personal teacher, a.k.a an Instructor, to a recruit of the guild. An Instructor is expected to provide any materials needed for transmuting (with the exception of shadow materials), be available to help with missions, and provide a full 3* chroma set to their chosen apprentice (if they don't already have one), once the apprentice has shown themselves to be an exceptional learner. Once the Instructor has helped the apprentice defeat the Roarmulus Twins, apprenticeship ends but is still formally acknowledged. This means materials no longer need to be provided. Since having an apprentice is a step above the call of Draco Duty, it is not required to rank up.
Being an Apprentice
Being an apprentice gives a player an excellent opportunity to advance through the game. However, it would be far too easy to take advantage of being an apprentice, so becoming an apprentice is a matter of a Guild Member offering to become your Instructor. Asking will get you nowhere.
Being a Teacher
Being a Teacher: Answering any question about the game to the best of your ability, running missions with the primary purpose of teaching combat techniques, offering tips about secret areas and game manipulation, forming gatherings in haven and concocting team strategies. Teacher status will be proposed by any individual of the Penumbra Ring, and decided by the Guild Master, if the individual can answer ten of the Draco 101 Basic Test questions. Being a Teacher is an active role, so be prepared to answer loads of questions! Note: Midnight Veterans can choose whether or not to maintain their Teacher status, but must have still passed the test.

Vault Rules
- The Guild Vault is a reservoir of crowns separate from the Raffle.
- Members have the OPTION to deposit a minimum of 500cr at any time. This is a DONATION on the depositor's part.
- Even though anyone can donate, only members of the rank Midnight Veteran and above can take a loan, since a loan is serious business and we need to trust you. Since Midnight Veteran rank is reachable by any person with a righteous heart, this is fair.
- If a recruit donates 5,000 crowns to the vault, they will be promoted to member. This is a decent amount of crowns, so it proves that you at least care for and show interest in the guild. No further donations will up your rank, since the guild's integrity is based on character. That's why recruit --> member has other options.
- The purpose of the Guild Vault is to provide crowns for (probably one person at a time)"emergencies": if an auction for a RARE item is desired, or a personal trade is pending. This vault is NOT to be used for general transmuting, buying Hall of Heroes recipes, etc.
- When cr are taken from the vault, you are on a loan. You will not be charged interest, but you are expected to do NOTHING ELSE until you pay the loan back. This guild is based on trust and honor, which is why the vault will even work in the first place.
- Do not give anyone but the character "Draco-Dusk-Vault" or "Novaster" crowns when making a deposit.

Raffle Rules
- Tickets for the Raffle depend on which Raffle is active in a given week:
- Brass = random materials. Tickets: one ticket for each of the following: [thirty 0* materials], [twenty 1* materials], [ten 2* materials], [five 3* materials], [ two 4* materials], [ one 5* material].
- Bronze = 500 crowns per ticket
- Silver = 2,000 crowns per ticket
- Gold = 5,000 crowns per ticket
- Platinum = 100 crystal energy per ticket
- Amber = Random Items. Tickets: one ticket for each of the following: [five 1* items], [one 2* item].
- Example: in a Brass Raffle, putting 30 blue shards into the pot will get you one ticket.
- Amber lotteries will not be held often, as most participants will probably already have whatever items are made, and mist is better used elsewhere. Amber lotteries appreciate cosmetic things like wrench wands, not wolver caps, though you can toss those in as well. Items can be used or sold for crowns, depending on what the winner would like to do with them.
- Anyone in the guild can participate in the raffle, as long as you can afford the relevant ticket.
- Tickets are hypothetical things that don't exist in the game. Novaster will keep track of who has bought x-number of "tickets."
- Note: If the Raffle is "Bronze", you cannot buy silver or gold tickets, instead you buy more bronze tickets for 500cr each if you want to increase your chances.
- Do not give anyone but the character "Draco-Dusk-Raffle" or "Novaster" materials, cr, or CE when participating in the raffle.
- Starting fifteen minutes before the drawing, tickets will no longer be sold.
- Receiving your prize: After the drawing, talk to the Guild Master.
