HoH overhaul
Working with the Spiral Wardens article evinced the state of information regarding current tier clearance mechanics, so that's the main objective here. A few things to note:
- Could use some copy editing, my literacy is elsewhere.
- "Certification levels" and "Tier clearance" could easily be merged; I have retained them because
- a) "Tier clearance" needs a dedicated heading, where
- b) people will be able to recognise the old parlance and
- c) Spiral Wardens is no longer the place for it (as it's now the main mechanic of HoH).
- Better pictures not taken with netbook resolution? Oh you always did know how to make me smile.
