Categories

Please create categories more sparingly. Redundant categories or categories of questionable use clutter up the category list. The categories you added to the event pages were too specific to be helpful. We already had a general subcategory for each event and that's all we really need. Trivia such as which year the item was released can go on the page itself. ~katsy 00:08, 15 May 2014 (UTC)

---Greetings, we are working on an extensive project for costumes at the moment. Please don't mess with any part of the process, unless of course it helps the process. Anything can be undone, of course, so there's no harm in experimentation. Here is the node: Wiki Costume Process . Even if something seems unconventional, it's part of the development process, so DO wait a few days before undoing/fixing someone's or a group's work. You've undone a significant part of our project and now a bunch of our links are broken. We've gone through and rectified the problems, but in the future, please wait. I understand where you're coming from, so no worries. We are all here to serve the wiki lord and make SK a better, more understandable place for all. ~Novaster

All I did was remove a few categories that were redundant and/or too specific to be helpful. This helps your process by reducing clutter. Also, if you don't want people undoing your work, make sure that the reasons why you added or changed something are clearly stated in either the editing summary or hidden comments in the page. ~katsy 07:42, 15 May 2014 (UTC)

Not correct images

Please stop uploading uncolored images taken exactly from Spiral Knights files. (like that one)
Those files are colored by system ingame and raw files from Spiral Knights game files are not correct and confusing. MtaxXx 19:00, 1 June 2014 (UTC)

---As specifically stated in the upload notes, they are not correct, were needed for experimentation, and are tagged for easy fixing later. If you wish to improve the issue, discuss it on this node started by me-Novaster 19:01, 1 June 2014 (UTC)

  • some clarity: this is the tag. This tag page provides a list of all the bad RGB icons uploaded in official fileroot slots (well, by me anyway) that need upating when we do the recolor icons. Easily fixed once a recolor method is in place, and soon, so don't worry (and go for it if you can fix them). Novaster 19:32, 1 June 2014 (UTC)
