This item was introduced with 2013.20 11 December 2013 during the 3rd Winterfest in December 2013.

The Silver Solstice Ring is the only trinket that is checked if it's bound or not; if the Silver Solstice Ring is Bound and the Golden Solstice Ring is unbound, the resulting Grand Solstice Ring shall remain bound to the player.
