The Empty Room is a room that can be placed in a Guild Hall. The Empty Room is a room that can be installed in a Guild Hall. There are a few different kinds of "Empty Rooms" - these have varying costs.

Name: Empty Checkerboard Room. Description: An empty Guild Hall room with a checkerboard pattern on the floor. Availability: 1F: Either Wing. Cost: 14,500 crowns.
Name: Empty Industrial Room. Description: An empty Guild Hall room with industrial flooring and plenty of space for furniture! Availability: 1F: Either Wing Cost: 14,500 crowns
Notes
- The "Empty Room" (standard flooring) is the kind of room that shows up when you install a Wing (Expansion) - each wing has 2 of them.
- It does not cost any crowns to install the "Empty Room" as a replacement for an existing room. Beware! The replaced room, if it is desired again, must be installed and entirely paid for - again.
