There are a few passive lost souls who can be encountered during a Shroud of the Apocrea event. These NPCs provide information and items related to Apocrea.
Notes
These characters were introduced with release 2013-10-23.
They have very similar dialogues and seem to have the same appearance. The vendor does not speak at all.
They are in favor of the player liberating Freed Souls in The Grasping Plateau, but have little hope in the success of this endeavor.
Appearance:
A translucent orb with unblinking, blank eyes. They constantly bob up and down while maintaining their gaze. Small bubbles frequently appear and disappear around the main body.
