A reclaimed raiment said to resemble the Kat Tribe hero, Torair, who clung to the gates of the Owlite High Academy of Magicks as both it and his explosives burned.

This item can be crafted at the Mysterious Alchemy Machine. The player does not need to obtain and learn a recipe for this item.
