The first one was meant to be released on the 1st of January but due to hardware issues I was unable to upload the newspaper. I had to give in my laptop for it to be repaired on the 10th and I picked it up (fixed) on the 14th. I, literally, spent an entire day sorting out my personnel files and checking everything. Then I had an idea to combine both, the 1st and the 16th newspapers and create this.

Now that that's out of the way, I have used the help of some of you and thought myself and come up with several sections for the newspaper that I will do a little section on. Please read the "How to read" it's not what it sounds like, it will just give you a brief explanation of the sections lower

What a month it has been. Reign of Fire reaches it's three month period as an official guild. This month we have introduced the Guild Motto Competition. The winner of that (Domiflump) has recieved 5000 crowns. We would like to thank Evil-Godziwa for judging this contest and commiserations to all those who took part but did not win. Domiflump's luck went ahead further when he was the winner of the February 2012 Guild Lottery. He won a set of dragon wings of his choice provided by our guild officer Princesspink. Congratulations to Sebastianseb, our senior officer for coming second winning a Toasted Military Vee. Thank You to all the contestants taking part and a special thanks to Princesspink for providing the Dragon Wings. As well as guild updates we also have Spiral Knights game Updates such as the new Missions where people can receive prestige points and earn special prizes from the Spiral Knights team as well as the new Expansion Mission which costs around $4.00. As well as that we have also set a record of people online at once in Reign of Fire with a maxium of 29 people as well as receiving several new members such as Evilocean, Nunos, Charlietrooper and many more. We also say goodbye to some old and notable members wishing them good luck in the future. We now head into our fourth month as an official guild.

Happy Birthday to Princesspink who's birthday was on Wednesday 1st February 2012. Also, a very happy birthday to Gmaphro, who's birthday was this month as well. It will always be remembered for the party that went wild in the Guildhall where most of the Reign of Fire members dressed as Skelly Jellies. Congratulations to both Guild Members for turning 365 days older.

I found this link and it contains some  very interesting stuff about new developments. Nick certainly has been busy with new missions, some sort of campaign, "Year of the Dragon" what could that mean?. And they are also finally remaking weapons that weren't very good or were outclassed by other weapon, better.

The Reign of Fire: Story

Chapter 1: A New Beginning

After leaving the guild Knightmare due to their unfairness and discrimination, Theoncomingfire decided he had enough.He decided to create a guild that would stop all the bad assets of a guild and to create a guild that would help keep to a civilized and friendly manner. With the help of Pedropolo, Eclipsex and Evil-Godziwa, Theoncomingfire got the courage to make this guild and take his role as the Guild Master of a guild that could be so great and powerful. The seeds of Reign of Fire were sown...

Chapter 2: A Guild Is Born

While in the guild Avalon and Lancer Knightz, Theoncomingfire saved up all the Crystal Energy and Crowns that he would need to make this guild noting that the Spiral Knights Economy was in a crisis and 100 Crystal Energy was worth about 7,000 Crowns.All that was needed for this guild was a name. Initially the Guild was meant to be called 'No Mercy' but with the help of Evil Godziwa, we named the guild Reign of Fire to symbolize it's power and majesty all throughout Spiral Knights.On Wednesday 30th November 2011, Theoncomingfire officially made Reign of Fire witnessed by Evil-Godziwa and Golza.

Chapter 3: The Growth

Within One Week Reign of Fire was filled with 100 members. Some of the first being Brawnie, Princess-Runalot, Furcatonituri, Anacites, Quria, Deteriorated, Omega-Shadow-Death, The Firefoxes (Brightfirefox and Darkfirefox) and many more. The Guild was then open to active Tier 2 to Tier 3 members.We had our first guild Lottery during the era of what we called 'The Growth' and the guild became popular and fun for several knights in it. However, everyone knows that a Utopia doesn't last forever...

Chapter 4: Moribund

With several people leaving to join other guilds and people unfortunately being removed from the guild due to invectiveness, Theoncomingfire tried desperately to revive this guild with mature and members. With all his efforts, Theoncomingfire almost failed but himself, Pedropolo and the Officers they persevered until they achieved their goal. Reign of Fire was now back in shape.

Chapter 5: Ups and Downs

It is with regret to say that Reign of Fire did not always stay in shape. We had our ups and downs and there was arguments on the guild chat that we had to try and control. But they also had there good times. We had each other and that was what really mattered. We kept close like a family even if some members left. We were a team no matter what had happened, even through the most drastic and hardest situations, we would always stay close, friendly and happy to everyone in the guild.

Chapter 6: Students of Fire

After talks between Theoncomingfire and newly made guild Master Deteriorated, we decided to launch Students of Fire, our guild academy. Reign of Fire had always been a Tier Two and Tier Three guild since its formation at the end of November 2011 and with several Tier One's wanting to join the guild we decided to form Students of Fire, the seperate guild academy to Reign of Fire opened to Tier One and Tier Two knights willing to progress their skill on Spiral Knights to the next level and for them to reach Tier Three. Once gaining access to explore Tier Three freely , the Students can then join Reign of Fire or become an officer of Students of Fire and help those new to Spiral Knights like they once were. After careful consideration, Theoncomingfire chose Brawnie, a senior officer of Reign of Fire to manage the guild academy and look after to the best of his ability. After tearful goodbyes, Brawnie left Reign of Fire and created Students of Fire. Students of Fire is still recruiting today with Brawnie still managing it.

Chapter 7: The Height of our Power

Reign of Fire reached the height of it's power. With several Tier 3 In Game and In real life friends of Theoncomingfire and others in the guild such as Sebatianseb, Evil-Godziwa, Assassinatz, Ultimatesword, and Charlietrooper, Reign of Fire usually had over twenty members online. We had also achieved first in the world on the Lockdown Rankings as well as completing several Guild Runs with a variety of Firestorm Citadel, Royal Jelly Palace and an introduction to Shadow Lair Runs. However, like the 'Moribund' Period, that did not last forever due to a knight named Fufumaster.

Chapter 8: Destruction

After Reign of Fire had reached the height of its power, Fufumaster recklessly kicked several members of Reign of Fire abusing his position as an officer. Theoncomingfire was furious. Fufunmaster had left the guild himself as well but Theoncomingfire banned him from ever returning to Reign of Fire. After all that hard work of recruiting new and active Tier 3 Members, Fufumaster had just gone and blown it all. No one knew what the future would be for Reign of Fire but what promised to persevere to the highest it could.

Chapter 9: Back To Normal

After a month, we recovered from Fufumaster's destruction, we recovered from the last event. Reign of Fire was seemingly back to normal, and possibly even better than what it was before. Theoncomingfire was now receiving several requests from Tier 3 Knights, wanting to join Reign of Fire. We also improved our skill in Lockdown and invited several Lockdown knights who could help the guild reach a higher potential. Reign of Fire was back in action and now We're Packing Heat!

Guild Rules

There are several rules in the guild that must be adhered to. These include:

Be Active: Life in the real world can be very difficult. Everyone understands that. However, if you cannot go online for a period of time, please tell a guild master or senior officer about the situation to why you will not be online. If you have not been online for 2 weeks then you will receive mail giving a warning and idleness for a month may result in removal from the guild unless you have told a senior officer or guild master why you have been offline for a long time beforehand.

Be Respectful: Guild Members are to be respectful to Guild Masters and Senior Officers. Officers are not allowed to remove people from the guild however, they can report to guild masters if someone has been misbehaving or breaking any of the guild rules. This is to ensure that the guild is fun and to prevent anyone from feeling left out or alone.

No Begging: Begging is not taken in the guild. This is because it does not just give a bad reputation on you, but on the guild too. Even if it's just a small amount of crowns then that is still unacceptable.

No Offensive/Rude Language: This is not tolerated at all. This can lead to a removal or demotion in the guild if necessary.

Attend All Guild Meetings: All Guild Meetings are at the Reign of Fire Guildhall. You should come to those guild meetings unless you are at Clockworks. Guild Meetings can only be called by the Guild Master and the Senior Officers. This rule mostly concerns officers who are part of the Guild Government.

Guild Ranks

To start off, when a member has joined Reign of Fire, they automatically receive a promotion from Recruit to Member. To become a veteran/officer you will have to come to an interview with one of the Guild Masters or one of the Senior Officers. They will inspect you on three things. These are:

  • The Current Equipment you use
  • Why You want to be a veteran/officer
  • What would you do to help the guild

If they think you have passed that interview then you will become that rank. The Rank can also be obtained if you are handpicked by an officer or Guild Master because of the way you play in Clockworks. The layout of the guild is meant to be:

  • 4 Guild Masters,
  • 16 Officers,
  • 30 Veterans,
  • 50 Members.

There are currently no spaces available for the Officer Rank at the moment.

Guild Achievements

The Guild has obtained several achievements. These include:

  • Keeping a place on the top ten global Lockdown Rankings - Week Beginning 12th February 2012
  • Reaching second in the Lockdown Global Rankings and holding that place for two days.
  • First in Global Guild Lockdown Rankings on the 26th March 2012 after beating the guild Black Snipes

Guild Alliances

The guild is willing to form a guild alliance with other guilds. We are a friendly guild and are able to find ways of improving several guilds via a guild alliance. Here are a list of guilds that Reign of Fire has associated themselves with:

Guild Competitions

As a guild Reign of Fire holds many competitions. These may be because of a special occasion or just something Reign of Fire does for fun. Here are a list of Competitions we hold.

*Guild Lottery

The Guild Lottery occurs once every month. Theoncomingfire will call a date to when it will happen and will be mentioned on the guild Newspaper. The Guild Follows GMT Time and will happen at a specific time then. To enter, pay 75 crowns to Rof-Lottery-Man and he will collect the crowns. Theoncomingfire will take your name down and you would have entered the guild lottery. You can buy up to 10 tickets.

Reign of Fire is looking for a new guild motto. The judge of this contest is our deputy Guild Master Evil-Godziwa and the winner will receive 5000 crowns. Please send ideas to Rof-Lottery-Man.
