Acquisition
- Random drop from any defeated
Freeze themed monster in depth 18 and below.

Notes
This material has been available since release 2011-04-04 when the game officially launched.
In the 
Dangerous Mission: Heart of Ice it is found via memos from Morgral'm that Maulos requested and later stole a "pillar of everfrost."
