Hailoh is a Stranger who wears a green and navy robe, and a brown hat.

Hailoh welcomes all knights entering Haven, informing them that shinies are appreciated by the Strangers.
Their name appears to be a mixture of "Hail" and "Hello", appropriate, considering that they are the first NPC that the player encountered after arriving to Haven.
