This NPC wears a helmet that is similar to the Azure Guardian Helm.
The armor seems to be a rucksack+Spiral Draped Armor combo that is nearly identical to the outfit Kozma adorns herself with.
Tenzhill appears to wield a Beast Basher (which likely is intended to be like a real-world Ice Axe, since "Grinchlin Assault" is about ascending an icy mountain).
"Hail" is the greeting this NPC uses - a common one to be sure, but also probably a sort of pun, because hail is cold, as is the season during which Mount Krampus can be ascended.
