The Swarm Ironwood is a notable Swarm, or at least it should be, as its the one extinct species of Lumber that was recreated by The Swarm. Magnus 05:06, 25 October 2011 (UTC)

Or it could just be making more dangerous ones out of existing ones i.e. the base Monsters types = Void Variants (Gremlin = Void Gremlin) --Eternity08 00:44, 26 October 2011 (UTC)

Is not the invisible pink unicorn...

I may not be able to upload the model, but there is an entity referred to [the mysterious eye that looks on the cover of the Shadow Lairs]. While in the game it does not appear yet, I do not understand how you can shock with something like that and not do the same with something so strange as to call "monster" to a lake of darkness or considering a type of interference that appear on the HUD a part of the Swarm...

For starters, the "lake of darkness" is a real, in-game model that can be damaged. It fits all the qualifications as a monster. The interference on the HUD is not a monster, hence the lack of brackets. It is more-like an effect, similar to others such as the Grim Totem or Beast Bell. If you wish, I could clarify this in the description, though I do not feel necessary. The Vog Cub makes the exception that it has been in the BETA, and actually has a model and has been seen. It is currently no longer in game, similar to the Tortodrone. When the day comes that this "mysterious eye" comes into the game, you can be the leader of the research party and discover all of it's secrets. That day is not today. --Kazamh 01:19, 26 October 2011 (UTC)
It's not called Swarm Core; I will check to see if there's a name or whatnot. Also, to link to a file without putting the image there, you can just use [[:File:Monster-Swarm Core.png]]. The : tells the wiki to just make a link rather than use the image. --Equinox 01:29, 26 October 2011 (UTC)
I believe it's best to leave this "Swarm Core" out of the page until it is released into the game. Discovery of this thing was obviously from looking through the game files... DarthLOL 02:29, 26 October 2011 (UTC)
The pic's from http://www.spiralknights.com/ Second picture dot/bar. --Equinox 02:32, 26 October 2011 (UTC)
I know. Knowledge of it actually being a monster was discovered through file snooping. DarthLOL 02:39, 26 October 2011 (UTC)
Actually, that is the crossroads we have reached. There have been no file snooping, so we are not sure if it is actually a monster or not. I do agree, without confirmation of it even existing or just being a clever background it should not be up here. --Kazamh 02:51, 26 October 2011 (UTC)
I have not look through the game files, I have been looking at the image of the Shadow Lair Preview that Equinox have linked above and THEN I have started thinking about what it is. In fact is the same eye that you can see in the Shadow Lair's Gate Icon (In your Progress interface) and also in your... "Damage indicator"? You know, that thingh under the Hud that changes its colors to fit your risk of dying. Also I have checked that this kind of "main eye of the Swarm" is on the Core in the picture, and that the "curse-like sign" that the zombies have on their faces is actually not just a Curse Symbol, but some kind of Swarm Eye. If you also take into account the data provided by echo stones... there's a clear evidence of a kind of ultimate form of the Swarm with " many eyes and many arms"... I have always so clear that the swarm is based on symbols of eyes that if you check the Record of this page, you will find that I have called the Swarm Turrets like Swarm Eyes, XDD. Now my only question is whether or not that image is considered part of the game or if it really would be better to stop talking about it until it comes Implicit in the game itself. --Klauser 08:10, 26 October 2011 (UTC)
This is a wiki, Darth. How you get information is irrelevant. What matters is that the information is posted. As for the Swarm's Eye, it's only in The Core, and is actually a monster, so no in game pics for a while. So that promo image will do just fine. Magnus 17:48, 26 October 2011 (UTC)

Shadow Lairs

I am aware of swarm-themed effects during some of their fights, like The Swarm Seed in the Snarbolax fight, but are they actually swarm? If so, I would love to mention this on their page and perhaps put them under notable swarm. :) --Kazamh 01:19, 26 October 2011 (UTC)

It was said somewhere that the bosses were twisted by some influence to become deadlier. So yeah, they're Swarm infested. Magnus 05:08, 26 October 2011 (UTC)

Technically, Ice Queen and Red Roarmulus Twins aren't Swarm-infested, but eh. SRGS Unknown Time, 21 May 2012

ok

Katmint it's not false information and you don't know That The Swarm is a mix Family type and it's not a No Type. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Catboy1947 (talkcontribs) . Please sign your posts with ~~~~

The Swarm has never been included as an official monster family, not to mention there are Swarm present in many families, making typeless the most sensible choice, IMO. As for false information, the new monster you added does not exist in-game and you were replacing the existing page content with nonsense. ~Katmint 03:10, 18 June 2012 (UTC)
