Maskwell is located in Haven only for The Dark Harvest Festival though!
A Stranger merchant in the town square district of Haven. This vendor sells special Halloween masks designed after several types of monsters! :)
He is only around during the Dark Harvest Festival.

They are only available during the Dark Harvest Festival in October. The candies are obtainable from the Punkin King or Bulky.
