To become a recruit, an individual must:

• ---Have read the "Core Rules" and "becoming a recruit" information on this wiki.
• ---Run a mission with an officer or the Guild Master (field test).
• ---Answer a series of questions asked by three people, at least one of whom must be an officer OR gm. Only veterans+ can participate in the interview process. (So two vets and an officer can do the full recruitment procedure, and so on). Question redundancies will occur. These are the good kind of redundancies that track consistency.
• ---Be patient, be understanding, and have a general good vibe.
• ---We prefer the proper use of grammar, and a mature attitude. Most of us in the guild are over 20 years old. You can be younger than this and still join, but be aware adult topics will occur with this group.
• ---We reject many applications, so don't be sad if you don't make it. However, we will recommend another group for you, if we know of one that might better suit you.

To become a member, a recruit must:

• ---Be in the guild at least 14 days.
• ---Show consistently polite, nice behavior. This includes listening skills! People are very variable, so each individual will be monitored for rank-up.
• ---Show some kind of dedication to the guild. This includes: interacting with other guildies, donating crowns to the Treasury, donating furniture to the treasury, not threatening to leave the guild for another, ignoring other guild invites with a laugh, and so on.
• ---Improve something about themselves in some way. This is spiritual, not just an armor upgrade. An officer or the GM will let you know what to work on if you don't choose it yourself.
• ---Special Circumstance: if a person shows extreme interest through incredible deeds and charity, then a rank up will occur earlier than usual.
• ---This rank-up may take some time, as we need to get a very clear idea of your character.
• ---This rank-up is individualized.

To become a Veteran, a member must:

• ---Help an individual of lower in-game rank (they do not have to be in the guild) with a mission they have extreme difficulty with.
• ---The person helped should tell an officer or the Guild Master which guild individual helped them, and if their experience was satisfactory. But this is not required for the rank up, because it is not fair to the helper, who spent energy. However, if a complaint comes in later then there's trouble, but this will probably never happen.
• ---Be of Vanguard rank.
• ---Pass the Draco 101 Test.
• ---Have a Dragon Costume of some sort (any scale or chroma family helm with a body that makes sense) to indicate your love of dragons.
• ---Have either a Shivermist Buster OR a Blitz Needle. The blitz must be: either level 10, Level 5 with a med damage booster, or any low level with a CTR and DMG booster. Shiver must be: doesn't matter, since the radius of 5* is all that is wanted.
• ---Gone above and beyond the normal gamer view on a game, have treated Spiral Knights like a true hobby, and not just a pass-time.
• ---This rank-up is standardized.

Becoming an Officer

• ---Read the Officer Section.

To be in the Shadow Circle, an individual must:

• ---Have completed a Shadow Lair.

To be a Crimson Hammer, an individual must:

• ---Have completed all tiers of Operation Crimson Hammer.
• ---Please note, this is just a title for bragging rights, and is not a necessary thing to achieve as it costs actual money.

To be a Vanaduke Vanquisher, an individual must:

• ---Have defeated Lord Vanaduke in his throne room
• ---Condition: Alone with no deaths. (No mist/CE revivals).
• ---Condition: All slags must spawn for every wave.

To be a Juggernaut, an individual must:

• ---Have reached 45,000 prestige
• ---This title shows a high interest in running a variety of levels.
• ---This title indicates that an individual has a wide variety of offensive and defensive gear to combat almost any situation.
• ---This title is indicative of likely prowess at Danger Missions.

To Become an Elder, an individual must:

• ---Have been a member of the guild for at least one year, consistently. (No leaving/coming back).
• ---Obviously this needs Vet Guild rank by default, and therefore Vanguard game-rank.

Rank Expectations:

~~Every individual of any rank is required to maintain the expectations of their rank and every rank below their own.~~

Guild Master:

• ---Novaster will be the deciding word for guild issues (unless outvoted by at least 3 officers - and only if no other officers agree with Novaster (all the rest are neutral), maintain the raffle and vault accounts, approve all recruits and rank-ups, and try to be available at all times. Only the GM may remove guildies of member rank+, for three reasons: 1) so dislike is focused on the GM only, 2) so the voting process is followed and biased is minimized, and 3) to limit a threatening atmosphere. Only the GM may make major alterations to the hall, IF there is consensus (see Guild Hall information).

Officers:

• ---Read the Officer section.

Veterans:

• ---seek to improve skill sets. (This includes making a shiver and/or blitz for easy regular vana runs!)

Members:

• ---actively try to help individuals through missions and maintain a positive attitude.

Recruits:

• ---hold polite conversation, patience, decent "active player" status, patience, did we mention patience? Patience.

Being a Teacher

• ---Answering any question about the game to the best of your ability, running missions with the primary purpose of teaching combat techniques, offering tips about secret areas and game manipulation, forming gatherings in haven and concocting team strategies. Being a Teacher is an active role, so be prepared to answer loads of questions! You will be asked if you wish to maintain "teacher" status when you reach veteran guild rank.

Each Officer group has a term. There are two groups, Mountain Trinity and River Pair. Members of both groups are treated equally, one is not better than the other in terms of label. The mountain trinity simply has older members. Every individual of each group has the same tasks, including the GM.

• We will only go through with this system if at least one person mentions it once a month.

To be Nominated for Officer:

• Be a Veteran
• Have never left the guild for any reason, or been removed for any reason.
• Have not broken any rules lately (you are not on watch or warning).
• Not currently be in the MT if the RP is being voted for.

Nominating:

• You cannot nominate yourself.
• If you are an officer on-duty, you cannot nominate on-duty officers. GM and general population can nominate on-duty officers.
• You cannot nominate someone who is not qualified.
• If you nominate, nominate two people.
• Nominations are public, announced in /g if you want to. Mail nominations to every active officer and GM, to help ensure the system isn't rigged.
• Anyone can nominate if they want to (not restricted to rank – recruit opinions are also valued).

Voting:

• Vote for ONE of the nominated guildies each round. You can vote for anyone you want, as long as they have been nominated.
• Nominated individuals will be listed in the MotD during the election period.
• Detailed procedure goes as follows:

Voting for group A: “River Pair”:

• Votes are anonymous (unlike nominations). Mail votes to every active officer and GM. Anyone can vote, even if you didn't nominate.
• Vote for one person per round. Each round lasts 1 day.
• Every round, the two individuals with the least votes are eliminated. Then the next round begins, until only two remain. These will be the officers of the month.
• Votes from previous rounds carry over unless they are changed in the next round. (Once cast per round, you cannot change your vote).
• GM promotes to officer position.
• These are ideal conditions. The process will be modified if time and number constraints occur.

Voting for Group B: “Mountain Trinity:”

• The MT will not be voted on unless such action is needed.
• At the end of each month, a member of the MT can choose to switch with a member of the RP, IF that officer in the RP has served at least three months, and been in the guild for at least 6 months. This must, of course, be met with approval from both parties as well as the GM. This is an opportunity to relieve stress, or for the officer in the MT to rotate out if real life comes rolling around.
• GM promotes to officer position.

Officer Expectations:

• Every individual of each group has the same tasks: including GM:
• Respond promptly to the call of duty.**
• Mandatory Deposit: Choose ONE of the following, and stick to it***:
  • 1) 1,000 crowns a day into the treasury.
  • 2) 10,000 crowns a week into the treasury.
  • 3) Whatever the upkeep of the hall is, once a month.
  • Pick one of these options per month. If a deposit is missed, that is considered "breaking the rules."
• Help individuals with detailed Questions
• Help individuals with levels, especially rank mission completion
• Encourage members to rank up to Veteran
• Encourage people to RTFM before filling /g with repetitive, wiki-answerable Qs.
• Keep yourself updated on SK things and the Facebook feed.
• Follow the rules. Especially the GH ones. Power does not exempt you from law.****
• Rank people up if they qualify (this does not include officers for now).
• Recruit people – using the Interview system.
• Interact with guildies as much as possible, especially those who are not officers.
• Once you’ve been an officer, you’ll always have access to the FB page feed, unless you’re totally removed from the guild, or leave.

Group A – River Pair:

• Like flowing water, those who serve in the River Pair have a shorter term, but a large effect. Water flows, change occurs.

2 people. Group membership is voted on every month. The same two people can win many times in a row, if votes fall that way.

Group B- Mountain Trinity:

• Like the solid earth, those who serve in the Mountain Trinity have a long term, and a lasting effect. The Mountain Trinity has a permanent term, and unlike the River Pair, has a few more requirements:
  • Been an officer already, in the RP, or at some point in the guild’s past – and done well doing so.
  • Been in the guild for a long time, at least 6 months.
  • Have always maintained order, a believer in the “old ways.” This is mostly fiscal responsibility, preparation of FSC gear, a high prestige score, and so on. The idea is established.

Footnotes:

• Call of Duty: not the game “CoD.” I’ve never played. Anyway, this means you respond promptly, communicate 100%, work things out (like who’s talking to what recruit), even if you’re busy with something else. You’re an officer, and your duty is to do whatever you can to help the guild while in-game, and follow officer expectation guidelines. Even if this means spending a SoL after finishing a conversation or reading a command in /O.

• Mandatory Deposit: This is to discourage power seekers that don’t care about the integrity of the guild. It also makes the treasury appear to be growing, something healthy for a guild to see. We don't encourage large donations, as what tends to happen with this is unhealthy - we want the treasury to always grow, not explode and stagnate.

• Other stuff: If any rules are broken, then the GM will demote the officer and nominate the runner-up for that month. The same three people can win many times in a row, if votes fall that way. Officers will be promoted for their term, and demoted to veteran after serving (if they do not win again) by the GM. Once an officer, you will always have access to the FB feed and steam group, even if you're not currently serving.

Core Rules Again

• Be civil, be nice, no begging, and have fun. Mens Rea plays an important role here!

Other Rules to Follow

1) Do not beg. Begging is asking for anything of anyone in the guild without the intent of balance, except mission help. Do not ask for loans (or "to borrow" or any synonyms), there are plenty of scammers out there, asking for loans is also classified as begging.

However: You may, if you are only a recruit, (or a member in need of a higher star item) ask an officer or the GM to withdraw materials from member storage ON OCCASION to craft.

2) Do not complain about party members' abilities to game. We are full tier, and members are made to be aware of that when they apply.

Instead: Advise members to game properly in a nice manner.

3) No racism. We have members from all over the world.

4) Do not use guild chat for personal one-on-one conversations. Do not spam in guild chat. Do not conduct business in guild chat. Use proper grammar in the chat, and when talking in general, cause you look like a better person doing that. Do not discuss sensitive topics in guildchat, you know, the ones that almost always make people disagree. (Politics, religion, and sexism are the big three no-nos). PM individuals to talk about those things instead.

Instead: Use guild chat to ask for general mission help, or participate in a friendly group conversation.

5) Do not send random mission invites. Pop ups are annoying. This means do not send an invite unless someone asks you to.

Instead: Use the guild chat or send a private message to people asking if they want to run a mission. Do not send the invites unless people respond with an affirmative.

Instead: During events that have tokens in levels, like Great Harvest or Anniversary, random invites are acceptable if tokens are found in that level.

We have an open party policy. If the party is open, that's an invite. If you want to game alone, lock the party. If you join a level, do so only if you are very sure you can finish the entire mission. Joining and leaving is annoying and disruptive to completion plans.

6) Do not, in general, complain about things (especially how low your personal CE is, etc.) in guild chat. We want to keep a light atmosphere.

7) Stop when someone asks you to stop. The current topic is too upsetting, or your behavior is too annoying. (Like spamming, yelling, etc.)

8) Do not ask for promotions. Read the wiki's information on promotions, and you will understand how our system works. Do not imply that you want a promotion.

Instead: You may ask once if you feel you have vanished into our ranks and we have forgotten you. Make sure you are qualified for the rank up before doing so.

9) Do not insult, name call, or taunt guild members.

10) If an individual of rank member+ goes inactive for 30 days or more 'without announcing the reason' to another guild member, they will be removed due to inactivity. The reason must be a real life situation - other games are not acceptable as reasons to go inactive and stay in the guild, since that is your free time spent elsewhere of your own will: logically, if you don't want to spend that time in spiral knights, then remaining as a standby participant in a guild does not make sense. It is very easy to wander for a long time in other gaming worlds, so we harbor no hard feelings should you leave for a long time for this reason. See return to guild policies below. For recruits, the inactivity limit is 15 days.

11) If you swap your representing knight in the guild with another knight under your control (an "alt" account), then you stay a recruit in the guild as the "new" knight for 7 days. After 7 days, the rank you had in this guild before on the "original" knight will be restored. This helps maintain consistency through a period of decision making. This policy only applies to knights who have played the game a long time, and have established characters/know how to spend their time wisely, or are pulled in many directions by friends in other guilds. This topic is quite sensitive and requires lengthy discussion with the GM. We do NOT allow multiple accounts from the same person in the guild. Only one account per person is permitted to properly represent the guild population.

12) Violation of Energy Well parameters (in guild hall info tab on this page).

13) Violation of Storage parameters (in guild hall info tab on this page).

14) Violation of room/furniture/expansion consensus.

PvP policies: Announce "I'm going to go sub for GvG" in the guild chat before you go. Mail the GM or an officer your guild rank, and that you left for GvG, requesting a re-invite. Rank will be restored when you return to the guild. Don't try to fib now, we have your ranks recorded in this wiki and other places ;P. The guild itself does not que for lockdown or blast network.

Breaking the Rules

• ---Applies to breaking of core rules, and multiple instances of other rules.
• ---First offense: 5k to Treasury. If the offense risks guild inventory or energy, then a demotion occurs to prevent further withdrawals.
• ---Second offense: 10k to Treasury, demotion (if a recruit, you are out of the guild)
• ---Third Offense: removal from guild.
• Severity varies. If a person commits a particularly dastardly deed, officers and the Guild Master will vote to remove the offender, no matter the number of offenses. It takes two officer votes and the GM's vote to remove a person in this manner. Recruits can be removed without the voting process.
• ---If we feel after observing you that you probably aren't right for us, but have not broken any rules, we will ask you nicely to leave, or in very bad borderline cases, remove you ourselves because we feel that such an action would be best for both you and the group. This has happened only a few times, and is therefore a rare occurrence, and has not been wrong so far. For being potentially the wrong move, we apologize deeply in advance. Everything we do is in the best interest of the group.

Examples of Behavior that will typically get you removed:

Membership Notices:

• You have been removed from the guild <Of Draco Dusk> due to offensive, disrespectful behavior. (Insert Details describing behavior).

• You have been removed from the guild <Of Draco Dusk> due to repetitive breaking of the rules. (Insert Details describing rules broken).

• We are sorry to see you go. Why did you leave? If you would give us the reason(s), and a few improvement suggestions, this guild would be better off.

• ---Members removed due to inactivity will be documented for later, because individuals removed for this reason may rejoin the guild if they wish, however, there will be much discussion between officers and the GM before an inactive individual is allowed to come back.
• ---Members removed due to Breaking the Rules will be mailed a letter describing the reason for their removal, and will never be allowed back into the guild.
• ---If you leave the guild on your own for any reason (except glitches, other people messing with your account -which is extremely annoying, or any other decision that wasn't your own), you can only return once. That is, unless the circumstances of you leaving would have forced your removal. That's just intuitive, but this closes a loophole. We want stability in our ranks, and hopping in and out of our guild is not conducive to stability. Officer position is not an option for returning guildies. Rules will be modified slightly for returning guildies (less tolerance for inactivity, etc.), harsher penalties will apply. Warnings will only be given once, if at all. Prove that you want to be back.

• Try to get 3333 usables in your belt (such as poison vials, sleep vials, and so on - these drop from boxes and enemies) to get better elevator prizes.
• Try to complete a level with full health (at the very end of a mission, dropping your vitapod is an easy thing to to) for better elevator prizes.
• The elevator wheel can only give materials, money, or boxes if you are at full health with 3333 usables at the end of a level.
• Feeding Battle Sprites: only use the mineral food when your pet needs it to level up. Make sure mineral food isn't bound in your inventory if you want to make and sell the food your pet doesn't use to other people. Otherwise, feed common 5* (and lower star to top the hunger off) to get the sprite to the point of leveling. They take heat, but not a lot. Once you reach 50, establish a trade system with someone who doesn't have your pet - and feed it the preferred food for general feeding. Raw 5* monster drops no longer suffice - the heat bar barely moves. A 1:1 trade ratio for the materials you and your partner need should help level your pet more efficiently, as well as economically.
• We encourage joining open parties. It facilitates healthy guild bonding. If you don't want anybody joining your party, lock it. An open party is basically an invite to guild members. This is NOT like a random invite (see rules information).
• Students (anyone not a Teacher, or even Teachers, because we all learn all the time): check the list of Teachers to know whom you can ask questions about the game, and get precise, correct answers!
• You don't need a polaris. Gigawatt is fine, functionally.
• The Wiki is your friend! But sometimes the damage/speed bars are LIES.

How to Play

• This is played on Sunday evenings EST.
• Participation fee: 500 E. Prize: see below.
• At least 3 people must participate, one of whom must be an officer.
• An officer, playing the role of the Changer, will move one furniture in the hall in some way - either rotate it, remove it, swap it with another furniture, or move it somewhere else in the hall. It will never be something silly, like rotating a table or bush, that nobody would ever figure out.
• Once moved, the Changer will publish the hall. Before doing so, the Changer will announce that a round has begun, and to start as soon as the GH updates. Participants, playing the role of Observers, will start at the entrance when the hall is updated, so as soon as you load - GO! Find what was changed!
• Participants (there must be at least 2 other than the officer) will then scour the hall to find the change. PM (don't use public or zone chat) the Changer what you think the change was.
• You will all have 10 minutes to find what was changed.
• At five minutes, if the change has not been found, the Changer will announce in /1 zone a hint to help things along.
• The first person to find the change wins the prize. If nobody finds the change, random numbers are assigned to each observer, and one will be drawn as the winner.
• The Changer announces the winner immediately, as well as what was changed.
• After the round, the furniture is restored to its old position by the Changer.

Rules

• You can only change furniture.
• Off-limits to change: Rented Rooms, Game rooms, any room with a door installed, the War Room, certain items: Bones, books, energy wells.
• Do not swap items.
• Do not rotate something stupid like a bush or a table that nobody would ever guess ever, that's not fun. Make sure you can see a visual difference if you rotate a drawer.
• Only move a few tiles (if you move something across the hall, that's a removal AND an addition basically, if you think about it, so don't do this either).
• That leaves: rotations, limited-range moves, removals, and additions.
• Five-minute hints: what side of the hall the change was in. (Left, Right, or Middle. Middle is entry, landing). What kind of movement it was: a rotation, move, removal, or addition. Chose one to reveal at the five minute mark.
• Changer: give a 3,2,1 minute warning in /1 zone chat.
• You cannot participate if you don't pay the fee. Do not jump into the middle of a round either.

A Few Other Notes:

• We will change the MotD when we start to play, as well as announce in /g beforehand for awhile.

Prizes

• One week of free E. Energy well withdrawals normally cost X000 crowns per withdrawal.

How to Play:

• This is played on Wednesday evenings EST.
• Participation Fee: 1000 crowns to treasury.
• Gather at least two people and an officer for a round.
• The officer will announce that a game is starting in /g for awhile beforehand.
• An officer will move our mewkat to a random place in the hall, and publish the hall.
• Once you're loaded from the GH update (which results from the officer publishing), run to the middle of the entryway. Soon as everyone loads and does this, GO! Find the mewkat. The officer that moved the mewkat will help with a "go" announcement, unless they're the last to load...
• PM the officer that you've found the mewkat, when you do - tell them where it is. This is proof you found it. Yes it will wander around a bit, just say the general area.
• The officer will announce in /1 zone chat the person that found the mewkat, immediately.

A Few Other Notes:

• Officer who moves the mewkat will withdraw the desired materials from veteran storage.
• Officer who moves the mewkat will not participate in the round, obviously, and does not have to pay to move the mewkat, either.
• Officer who moves the mewkat should say "go" once people are loaded, to move things along. The more observant participants will not need such prodding :D
• Officer who moves the mewkat can add/move some furniture around to keep the mewkat in one place, remember what you move and put it back as soon as the round is over.
• Officer who moves the mewkat can put it in any room, even rented rooms or rooms with doors, so long as the kat is visible or audible from the outside of the room.
• Do not pay for other people to participate. Trade them, then let them deposit. It's much easier to have smooth, official rounds this way.
• If for some reason a participant gets disconnected, then the round is repeated, OR they play in the next round free of charge. Whichever is less confusing for the records at that time.

Prizes:

• Your choice of THREE of any 0-4* materials from veteran storage. (So you can pick 3 4* materials if you want, or any materials you're in particular need of).
• Prizes are limited to what we have in veteran storage. We do not store certain things in veteran storage (see storage rules in GH section).

• Any Guild shadow lair mission must be planned a week in advance, and have more than 4 wanting to go, in case the dreaded REAL LIFE interferes and someone in the original party has to drop. We PREFER to take people if they have something to craft at the sanctuary alchemy machine (not everyone in the group, but at least one person in the group, so the trip is as efficient as possible). If it's just for fun, then so be it. In this case, we highly suggest Darkfire Elite, since that has a decent chance of paying for itself, including the crown drops and Maiden Tear selling (use the AH for this, it's much more efficient).
• It is considered a Guild Shadow Lair if ONE of the following is met:
  • A shadow key donated by someone, withdrawn from storage, is used. In this case, every participant puts 30,000 crowns into the treasury. This is a redundant raw loss on the key itself, financial wise, but since it was donated (probably annonymously), it is a fair way for the group to pay for it, since the treasury benefits from the overal donation gesture of the key giver, whomever they may be. If there is a non-guildie involved, trade them 30k and put it into the treasury.
  • All members are guildies. Key source - if it is from the storage, yes pay for it into the treasury, if one of you buys it from the SD, or unboxed it from a lockbox, lucky you, then just use it.

• Occurs in the second half of December every year.
• If you are familiar with secret Santa, you'll get how this works. Because "Winter Gift Giving" is Secret Santa.

• Winter Gift Giving Instructions:

• A MOTD message will appear letting you know we are starting the Winter Gift Giving activities. It will say: "WGG Guild Activity has begun! Mail the [Guild Master's Name] if you wish to participate, or go to the wiki for instructions. Happy Holidays! DPMitT"

• Gift Economy: whatever you choose to give cannot be worth more than 10,000 crowns. This is to respect our full tier range of players. Not all dragons have hoards!

• You may participate ONCE a year.
• You can gift ONE thing.
• People who are not members of the guild cannot participate in this guild activity (feel free to do "Secret Santa" with a group of friends, with your own Arbiter of course).
• Steam Trades are not applicable.
• You can give: anything in the price range that is in the game's inventory. Energy, Crown Bundle, items, anything. But people probably won't like furniture, etc. Use your holiday spirit to decide what to Gift!

• Mail our Guild bot, Draco-Dusk-Vault, whatever item you chose to Gift. This bot is the Arbiter of the "Winter Gift Giving" activity. Do NOT mail your Gift to any other account, because Grinchlins will steal it.

• Around the 25th, given time availability, the ODD guild master will distribute the gifts randomly, using MATH.

• The absolute limit to submit a Gift is the 30th of December. If there's no partner for you, your gift will be returned to you.

• Have fun figuring out who's gifts went where!

• NEVER be disappointed in what you get. Keep holiday cheer in the air!

• It is polite to send someone something nice on their birthday through Mail. They probably are telling the truth, we're all ODD and honest.

• We made boss trophies. To understand the cost of that project, go here. They are placed around the hall in a very attractive manner.
• Time Warp Room (for displaying time-constrained promo furnitures, like Winterfest things. They're pretty, so they shouldn't sit unused in the Treasury).
• UPKEEP: 41,800 crowns.

• A) Donations are OPTIONAL. We just brainwash you with our Gremlin Ray to do so. For what the guild does as a baseline for upkeep:
  • For now, we ask that 5% (five percent) of the crowns earned in any mission a Vanguard runs be donated to the treasury. The % donated is up to the individual, and those below the rank of vanguard are not asked to donate, because we would rather you focus on getting the rank of vanguard. Donations are optional for all guild individuals, as you are paying for aesthetics with your donations. We want you in the guild for your personality, not your wallet.
  • Quick math: on average, Vanaduke runs yield a 450 crown donation per run.
  • Large donations are much loved! (Thanks especially to Aluminumbeluga, Owlert, Sverna, Ventaile, Talaos, and Wumpulump).
• B) Rooms and Expansions are delicate issues. In general, we will not purchase rooms, as they cannot be moved without being destroyed. In general, we will not expand without consensus and sufficient funds, as expanding increases upkeep: and we want to have a relaxed atmosphere. A demanding upkeep causes unwanted stress! And nobody wants stress in a game.
• C) Themes and Environments are also delicate issues. We will tend to change these according to events and promotions in game, for example, we did spooky theme for the Moorcroft kat event.
• D) Furniture is an aesthetic class of items that make the hall feel more like home. Furniture is purchased with a consensus system, with more expensive items taking more guild members to want them to authenticate a purchase. Furniture is paid for by funds in the treasury. Individual pieces can be paid for by a single guildie with a deposit to the treasury equal to the cost of the desired piece. A request must then be sent to an officer or guild master to obtain the furniture for display.
• E) Furniture is placed in the treasury as pure donation. Donating furniture does not justify taking resources from the guild, as you have a choice to sell the furniture on the market. Furniture doesn't help individuals progress through the game or purchase more CE if it's stuck in a treasury. Hey that rhymes. Feel free to collaborate with other guild members to purchase the more expensive (typically rare) event furniture pieces.
• F) Consensus System: for things purchased with funds from the guild treasury:
  • Moving anything around: 2+ people. Moving anything around in a room that is established: 2+ people and GM permission, unless the room in question is a rentable room, then someone who can move furniture and the current renter, or just the current renter.
  • For certain rooms, consensus has been reached after long periods of cooperation and time. These rooms are: Lava pit, School room, Officer room, AH. Don't move stuff around in these rooms.
  • Do not move furniture that is in use. Buy more if you want a certain look, or discuss moving it around with the GM:
  • Buying:
  • special note: bulk purchases (more than 3 of any one item) need the permission of either the GM or at least 3 officers.
  • special note: again, ONE person can completely pay for a specific furniture on their own. Consensus is only needed if Guild funds are used.
    • 0-4,000 crowns: 1 person
    • 4,001 - 10,000 crowns: 2 people.
    • 10,001-20,000 crowns: 3 people.
    • 20,001-40,001 crowns: 4 people.
    • 40,001 - 50,000 cronws: 5 people.
    • 50,001+: 6 people and GM approval.
    • Rooms, Expansions: Only the GM may alter these things, with the consensus of at least 7+ guildies, 3 of whom must be officers.
    • Themes, Environments: Only the GM will alter these things to support in-game events (if the change is paid for in full by the GM), or with the consensus of at least 7+ guildies, 3 of whom must be officers.
    • There must always be at least 100,000 crowns in treasury. Do not buy anything if funds will go, or currently are, below this amount.

• Withdrawing Energy from the well: pay X000 crowns (amount varies, and is updated at top of this page in policies) into the treasury BEFORE doing so, for every withdraw.
• The well needs 500 E at least to be donated to, or paid into for the Hall Observers game as well as general donations.
• E wells are open to the entire guild during Supply Depot Box Promotions (examples - Dangerous, Gourmet), as well as other special events. Same prices above apply.
• Breaking an Energy Well rule will likely result in your removal from the guild. Do not take from the well if you cannot pay. As stated in the rules, we do not do loans.

• A) DO NOT PUT MATERIALS IN THE TREASURY. We can't withdraw materials from the treasury once they're in there...game mechanics, not our choice. Those materials can only be used for trophies, so unless we're working on a trophy, DO NOT PUT MATERIALS IN THE TREASURY. We will never use storage materials for trophies.
• B) Materials placed in guild storage are pure donation. Guildies can take materials for free FOR SPECIAL TRANSMUTING PURPOSES ONLY (to pass HoH, or make something for a Shadow Lair), from MEMBER STORAGE ONLY.
• Withdrawals for the purpose of selling are not allowed.
• Withdrawals for making multiple transmutes ("rage crafting" or crafting for UVs) are not allowed.
• Bulk withdrawals are not allowed. Take only what you absolutely need, and cannot get for yourself.
• Withdrawals for feeding battle sprites are not allowed. Pets eat a LOT of food, crafts don't.
• Withdrawals for prestige are absolutely not allowed. 100% waste. Do NOT complete that prestige, ever.
• Even if you pay, bulk withdrawals are not allowed. This is a pool of materials for the needy. We don't need cr for these things (minus the rare bits).
• Veteran storage is for Guild Hall Game prizes. Donating stuff in this section means that crowns will be put in for Guild Activities, ensuring that your material donation turns into a crown donation in due time. If you're being particularly generous, put the material in member storage.
• We will routinely move materials that are in excess, in the member storage, over to the Veteran Storage, in order to get them to be used more, and generate crowns for the treasury. While we realize you put things in member storage to be free...we think that you wouldn't want it sitting there getting dusty, either. If you want to ensure that your donation stays purely free in the member storage, send an officer or GM some mail with details.
• Further Notes on this:
• Never more than these amounts of these ranks of materials in MEMBER storage:
  • 10 of 0-4* materials.
  • 5 of 5* materials.
• Never more than these amounts of these ranks of materials in VETERAN storage:
  • 100 of each material.
• Never more than these amounts of things in OFFICER storage:
  • No limits on anything. All excess is moved here, until we're really sure there's not gonna be anymore Boss Trophies or Plushie Dolls or anything like that. Then we will at last sell it on the AH.
  • Items from officer storage are occasionally prizes for Guild Activities.

• Extras, as stated above, will be moved to veteran/officer storage on a regular basis for use as Game Prizes/inventory, respectively.
• Try to keep withdrawing to once a day, if even that.
• C) If you're a recruit and want an item, ask nicely. Whether you get the item or not depends on how well you've been doing with us.
• D) If a lower ranked guildie wants to donate materials classified higher than their own rank, they should mail the items to an officer or guild master with a "donation for storage" subject line, or trade, so we can put them in the right place.

E) Organization:

• 0-5 star general materials are placed in member storage, if you want them to be available to all guildies for emergency transmutes.
• Materials for Guild Hall Games (essentially a roundabout crown donation) go into Veteran Storage.
• Rare or special materials (such as Shadow Lair materials, Pet Food (not rare but a pain to farm for), Mod Cals, Enamorocks)are placed in officer storage.
• All other depositable things go into Officer Storage.
• Lol usables

F) Withdrawing:

• Recipes are bought for 1000cr more than the basil sale price, if they are 4* or 5*. Crowns from recipes go to either CE for the Energy Well or the Treasury.
• Common items are bought for 100 cr more than the vendor buy price. (A 2* item is bought for 850 crowns, for example).
• UVed items are bought for 500cr more than the vendor buy price. (Please keep decent UVed items for yourselves).
• Accessories are sold at a price the donor or an officer/GM feels prudent, and this cr goes into the treasury. Placing accessories in storage is, again, a donation, and does not justify taking resources from the guild, because accessories don't help individuals through the game, or help buy more CE unless they are resold.

• don't freaking do this (Bad Withdrawal Incident).

• Rare Items: Keep in mind these are not always available:
• 1,000 for an enamorock.
• 3,000 for a mod calibrator. We don't have calibrator mods.
• 10,000 for a Nightmare Mane.
• 8,000 for a Celestial Ore.
• 10,000 for Gremlonium.
• 14,000 for a Maiden's Tear.

• Upon Request: Place crowns in treasury equal to the amount required for purchase, and the item will be withdrawn and given to you.
• If you can withdraw yourself: it's better to place the crowns in the treasury first, then withdraw, but this is not a big deal, as long as the total exchange occurs within a five minute period.

• Top Floor rooms may be rented to guildies. This is a person's chance to arrange a personal area the way they want to (within certain limits...like no theme changes or purchased "room" class guild hall things, or floor tiling changes)!
• Rooms may be rented by anyone in the guild.
• It costs 1,000 cr to rent a Room for one week. The crowns are deposited by renter(s) into the treasury.
• A person may rent a Room only once a week, we have to share! This is only if there's no competition to rent, otherwise a 1k fee a week keeps the room.
• Furniture purchase/placement requests go to officers or the Guild Master. We will arrange what we have for that Room, or buy what you want, if you supply crowns.
• Renting a room allows an individual to express themselves with furniture, or feel like they have their own tiny house.
• The room will be named " 'Individual's Name' Room (time (military) and day the room rent expires)" or a personalized name, if appropriate.

• 4H by: 3 Guildies.

• PM the GM for old vault data.
• As of now, the Vault is out-of-date, but used to be a knight account. It functioned as a mist-well/energy, materials, and crown rotation for the guild.
• We no longer use the Raffle Bot for the Pot Raffles, as this sort of activity is frowned upon (which we found out later). Understandable.
