• Recruits come/go in a guild. Names and join dates of guildies are in the Guild Record of the Hall, and are put on the wiki when membership status is acquired.

To become a recruit, an individual must:

• ---Have read the "Core Rules" and "becoming a recruit" information on this wiki.
• ---Run a mission with an officer or the Guild Master.
• ---Answer a series of questions asked by the Guild Master or an Officer.
• ---Be patient, be understanding, and have a general good vibe.

To become a member, a recruit must:

• ---Be in the guild at least 14 days.
• ---Show consistently polite, nice behavior. This includes listening skills! People are very variable, so each individual will be monitored for rank-up.
• ---Show some kind of dedication to the guild. This includes: interacting with other guildies, donating 5% mission crown rewards to the Treasury if not vanguard, donating furniture to the treasury, not threatening to leave the guild for another, ignoring other guild invites with a laugh, and so on.
• ---Special Circumstance: if a person shows extreme interest through incredible deeds and charity.
• ---This rank-up may take some time, as we need to get a very clear idea of your character.

To become a Veteran, a member must:

• ---Help an individual of lower in-game rank (they do not have to be in the guild) with a mission they have extreme difficulty with.
• ---The person helped must tell an officer or the Guild Master which guild individual helped them, and if their experience was satisfactory.
• ---Be of Vanguard rank.

To become a Midnight Veteran, a Veteran must:

• ---Gone above and beyond the call of the Guild (helps out a lot, donates to vault, keeps players happy).
• ---Be Vanguard
• ---Have passed the Draco 101 Test.
• ---Have a Dragon Costume of some sort (even the 1* spiral scale set counts) to prove your love of dragons.

The Officers' Rings

• ---Officer Ring positions are closed once filled. Officers are chosen based on their enthusiasm, responsible behavior, and activity levels during vacations. Three officers are chosen every 25 members.

To be an Instructor an individual must:

• ---Have passed the Draco 101 Test.
• ---Have an apprentice.
• ---Have approval of the action by the Guild Master, as this activity is very important, sensitive, and easily taken advantage of.

To be in the Shadow Circle, an individual must:

• ---Have completed a Shadow Lair.

To be a Crimson Hammer, an individual must:

• ---Have completed all tiers of Operation Crimson Hammer.
• ---Please note, this is just a title for bragging rights, and is not a necessary thing to achieve as it costs actual money.

To be a Vanaduke Vanquisher, an individual must:

• ---Have defeated Lord Vanaduke in his throne room
• ---Condition: Alone with no deaths. (No mist/CE revivals).
• ---Condition: All slags must spawn for every wave.

To be a Juggernaut, an individual must:

• ---Have reached 45,000 prestige
• ---This title shows a high interest in running a variety of levels.
• ---This title indicates that an individual has a wide variety of offensive and defensive gear to combat almost any situation.
• ---This title is indicative of likely prowess at Danger Missions.

Core Rules Again

• Be civil, be nice, no begging, and have fun.

Guild Master:

• ---Novaster will be the deciding word for guild issues (unless outvoted by all umbra officers), maintain the raffle and vault accounts, approve all recruits and rank-ups, and try to be available at all times.

Officers:

• ---are expected to be very active (with the exception of Corrider, as we occasionally need an unbiased opinion), show patience, be a permanent guild participant, show exemplary gaming skill, and have been a Midnight Veteran (to prove mission availability and sufficient gaming skill to help with missions).

PLEASE NOTE that both officer rings are of equal status. They are named according to their general duties (penumbra is closer to "lighter" recruit issues). The officer rings serve as the left and right claws of the Guild. There are always three officers per ring, and officers can request to have their position moved from one to the other if a swap wants to be made.

Umbra Officers' Ring: Votes on Guild Master decisions. A unanimous vote is needed to override the Guild Master's choice. (All Penumbra tasks are also handled by this ring).

Penumbra Ring: searches for new recruits, maintain a positive guild atmosphere, help out guild buddies in serious need (if mist is on hand), enforces guild rules.

Veterans:

• ---seek to improve skill sets. (This includes making a shiver and/or blitz for easy regular vana runs!)

Members:

• ---actively try to help individuals through missions and maintain a positive attitude.

Recruits:

• ---hold polite conversation, patience, decent "active player" status, patience, did we mention patience? Patience.

Devil's Advocate:

• ---Corrider will contribute an opinion for the most sensitive guild issues.

Being in the Midnight Veterans' Circle:

• ---Being in this circle is a special position, and opinions are taken into serious consideration by Officers and Guild Masters. Midnight Veterans are expected to be permanent guild participants.

Being an Instructor Having an apprentice means that an individual has decided to become a very personal teacher, a.k.a an Instructor, to a recruit of the guild. An Instructor is expected to provide any materials needed for transmuting (with the exception of shadow materials), be available to help with missions, and provide a full 3* chroma set to their chosen apprentice (if they don't already have one), once the apprentice has shown themselves to be an exceptional learner. Once the Instructor has helped the apprentice defeat the Roarmulus Twins, apprenticeship ends but is still formally acknowledged. This means materials no longer need to be provided. Since having an apprentice is a step above the call of Draco Duty, it is not required to rank up.

Being an Apprentice Being an apprentice gives a player an excellent opportunity to advance through the game. However, it would be far too easy to take advantage of being an apprentice, so becoming an apprentice is a matter of a Guild Individual offering to become your Instructor. Asking will get you nowhere.

Being a Teacher Answering any question about the game to the best of your ability, running missions with the primary purpose of teaching combat techniques, offering tips about secret areas and game manipulation, forming gatherings in haven and concocting team strategies. Teacher status will be proposed by any individual of the Penumbra Ring, and decided by the Guild Master, if the individual can answer ten of the Draco 101 Basic Test questions. Being a Teacher is an active role, so be prepared to answer loads of questions! Note: Midnight Veterans can choose whether or not to maintain their Teacher status, but must have still passed the test.

• Core Rules Again: Be civil, be nice, no begging, and have fun.

• ---if you are rude, annoying, constantly ask "why am I not being promoted", begging, insulting to individual(s), or try to obtain personal information from an individual(s), these are offenses. Mens Rea plays an important role here.
• ---Do not complain about party members' abilities to game. We are full tier, and members are made to be aware of that when they apply. Advise members to game properly in a nice manner.
• ---No racism. We have members from all over the world.
• ---Do not use guild chat for personal one-on-one conversations. Use it to ask for general mission help, or participate in a group conversation.
• ---Do not, in general, complain about things in guild chat. We want to keep a light atmosphere.
• ---Stop when someone asks you to stop. The current topic is too upsetting, or your behavior is too annoying.
• ---Do not ask for promotions. Read the wiki's information on promotions, and you will understand how our system works. Do not imply that you want a promotion.
• ------You may ask once if you feel you have vanished into our ranks and we have forgotten you. Make sure you are qualified for the rank up before doing so.
• ---If an individual goes inactive for 2 months or more without announcing the reason to another guild member, they will be removed due to inactivity.

Breaking the Rules

• ---Applies to breaking of core rules, and multiple instances of other rules.
• ---First offense: 5k to Treasury.
• ---Second offense: 10k to Treasury, demotion (if a recruit, you are out of the guild)
• ---Third Offense: removal from guild.
• Severity varies. If a person commits a particularly dastardly deed, officers of the Umbra ring and Guild Master will vote to remove the offender, no matter the number of offenses.

• You have been removed from the guild <Of Draco Dusk> due to offensive, disrespectful behavior. (Insert Details describing behavior).

• You have been removed from the guild <Of Draco Dusk> due to repetitive breaking of the rules. (Insert Details describing rules broken).

• If you leave the guild on your own for any reason, you can only return once. We want stability in our ranks, and hopping in and out of our guild is not conducive to stability.

• ---Members removed due to inactivity will be mailed the Inactivity Dismissal Mail message (which will likely disappear before being opened, but it is a courtesy). Individuals removed for this reason may rejoin the guild once if they wish.
• ---Members removed due to Breaking the Rules will be mailed a letter describing the reason for their removal, and will never be allowed back into the guild.

• Try to get 3333 usables in your belt (such as poison vials, sleep vials, and so on - these drop from boxes and enemies) to get better elevator prizes.
• Try to complete a level with full health (at the very end of a mission, dropping your vitapod is an easy thing to to) for better elevator prizes.
• The elevator wheel can only give materials, money, or boxes (and possibly a thief chroma that takes a usable, but this is rare) if you are at full health with 3333 usables at the end of a level.
• Don't revive yourself unless the whole team is dead (A COUNTDOWN TIMER IS VISIBLE). Mist lets you play the game, don't waste it!
• Students (anyone not a Teacher, or even Teachers, because we all learn all the time): check the list of Teachers to know whom you can ask questions about the game, and get precise, correct answers!
• The Wiki is your friend! But sometimes the damage/speed bars are LIES.

• For now, we ask that 5% (five percent) of the crowns earned in any mission a Vanguard runs be donated to the treasury. The % donated is up to the individual, and those below the rank of vanguard are not asked to donate, because we would rather you focus on getting the rank of vanguard. Donations are optional for all guild individuals, as you are paying for aesthetics with your donations. We want you in the guild for your personality, not your wallet.
• Quick math: on average, Vanaduke runs yield a 450 crown donation per run.
• Large donations are much loved! (Thanks especially to Staynoon, Sverna, Ventaile, Wolfdragoon, and Wumpulump).
• Rooms and Expansions are delicate issues. In general, we will not purchase rooms, as they cannot be moved without being destroyed. In general, we will not expand without consensus and sufficient funds, as expanding increases upkeep: and we want to have a relaxed atmosphere. A demanding upkeep causes unwanted stress! And nobody wants stress in a game.
• Furniture is an aesthetic class of items that make the hall feel more like home. Furniture is purchased with a consensus system, with more expensive items taking more guild members to want them to authenticate a purchase. Furniture is paid for by funds in the treasury. Individual pieces can be paid for by a single guildie with a deposit to the treasury equal to the cost of the desired piece. A request must then be sent to an officer or guild master to obtain the furniture for display.
• Event furniture is placed in the treasury as pure donation. Donating furniture does not justify taking resources from the guild, as you have a choice to sell the furniture on the market. Furniture doesn't help individuals progress through the game, or purchase more CE. Feel free to collaborate with other guild members to purchase larger event furniture.

• If you take mist from the well, you must: pay back the equivalent in crowns (according to the current CE market rate), minus 10% of that value. The crowns can go to the Vault Bot (For CE conversion back to the well) or the Treasury. This method means you get energy for less, and the guild profits.
• Example: You are at 70 mist, and withdraw from well. 30 mist was taken from the well, you are now at 100 mist. Say the current CE rate is 8,300 crowns for 100 CE. So you would give 2241 crowns back.
• Simple Equation:------------[((Price of 100 CE on market) / 100)*the amount of energy taken from well] = A ------------ A*0.10 = B ------------ A-B = what you give for the withdrawal in crowns.
• Guild members of Veteran rank or higher have Mist Well access.
• A person who deposits 500 or more CE into the well may take from the well without giving crowns back, but only up to the amount they deposited.
• Feel free to use the well for your own shenanigans, as long as you fund yourself.

• Materials placed in guild storage are pure donation. Guildies can take materials for free FOR SPECIAL TRANSMUTING PURPOSES ONLY. Bulk withdrawals for the purpose of selling or making multiple transmutes ("rage crafting") are not allowed. If you can't get a certain item due to rank, as the appropriate rank to withdraw for you. We would let everyone have all access, but not everyone we let into the guild can be trusted right away. :(
• If a lower ranked guildie wants to donate materials classified higher than their own rank, they should mail the items to an officer or guild master with a "donation for storage" subject line, or trade, so we can put them in the right place.
• 5* general materials are placed in veteran storage. Please ask nicely for five star materials.
• Rare items (such as Shadow Lair materials, Mod Cals, Enamorocks) and recipes are placed in officer storage.
• Accessories and Costumes are placed in Officer Storage, minus the hallow class.
• Recipes are bought for 100cr more than the basil sale price. Crowns from recipes go to either CE for the Mist Well or the Treasury.
• UVed items are bought for 500cr more than the vendor buy price. (Please keep decent UVed items for yourselves).
• Accessories are sold at a price the donor feels prudent. Placing accessories in storage is a donation, and does not justify taking resources from the guild, because accessories don't help indiviuals through the game, or help buy more CE unless they are resold.
• Lol usables
• Special Circumstance: Chroma Tears and Dragon Scales go in officer storage, because of their relative rarity.

• Rare Items: Keep in mind these are not always available:
• 3,000 for a mod calibrator. We don't have calibrator mods.
• 10,000 for a Nightmare Mane.
• 8,000 for a Celestial Ore.
• 15,000 for Gremlonium.
• 18,000 for a Maiden's Tear.

• PM the GM for old vault data.

• As of now, the Vault is a functioning medium for the Mist Well-CE circulation.

• Do not give anyone but the character "Draco-Dusk-Vault" or "Novaster" crowns when making a deposit.

• One Room may be rented to guildies. This is a person's chance to arrange a personal area the way they want to!
• Rooms may be rented by anyone in the guild.
• It costs 1,000 cr to rent a Room.
• A person may rent a Room only once a week, we have to share!
• Renting a Room lasts one day.
• Furniture purchase/placement requests go to officers or the Guild Master. We will arrange what we have for that Room, or buy what you want, if you supply crowns.
• Renting a room allows an individual to express themselves with furniture, or feel like they have their own tiny house.
• The room will be named " 'Individual's Name' Room (time (military) and day the room rent expires)"
