Historically, this item was obtained during Steam's Total War Weekend event, which lasted from September 27th to October 1st in the year 2012. This item was bundled with a "Total War: SHOGUN 2" or a "Total War: Shogun 2 - Fall of the Samurai" game purchase. Users who had these games previous to the event were automatically gifted this item.
