A Prize Box is a usable that presents a player with select rewards when opened. Most Prize Boxes are obtained from in-game purchases with real-world currency. Others have been available from the Supply Depot or Maskwell. They do not require a key to be opened, unlike a Lockbox.

Forge Prize Box

A Forge Prize Box has a small chance to be obtained by upgrading gear that is either 3★, 4★, or 5★ with the maximum amount of Fire Crystals in the Forge.

This type of box was introduced in July 2013, with this Forum Announcement.


Notes

As of April, 2014 (with the Blooming Prize Box Promotion), prize boxes are generally purchased directly using real-world currency and are not sold with purchases of Energy.
