The guild has spare Shadow Lair keys and we are looking for players to use them! If you are interested, send an in-game mail to Abatheguy answering the following questions:

• Which Shadow Lairs have you done in the past, if any?
• Are you planning to craft anything at the Sanctuary Alchemy Machine, and what would that be?

(Note: each crafting at the Sanctuary Alchemy Machine requires a specific rare 5-star Shadow Material. One of these four materials is obtained in The Sanctuary, depending on the Shadow Lair boss completed. These materials can also be bought from the Auction House.)

The four players to make up the party will be notified if they have been chosen to go on a Shadow Lair run by mail or private message. The four players selected are then responsible for coming up with a good time to complete the run and are each well-prepared to complete the run. Please view all wiki articles and YouTube videos pertaining to Shadow Lair runs as part of the preparation.

We came up with some and just enjoy the others, all of these have proven to be fun and we recommend trying them out:

• RAG - Haven is getting more and more knights who are trying to make some money in a manner that doesn't require any mist so some of them get jobs waitoring. Usually that job isn’t hard except in the notorious training hall where the robots love to surprise the waitors by grabbing their behinds and causing them to drop what they are carrying so all waitors there have to dodge those indecent actions. To make things more interesting waitors would bet on which one can manage not dropping their stuff the longest. That game got the name Robo A** Grab.

How to play RAG - ( Players enter the area with the robots in the advanced training hall holding pots and vials over there heads and they need to dodge the robot attacks so they keep their objects unbroken, the person who has the last pot/vial unbroken is the winner. Each person who's vial breaks has to kill all robots before leaving the room. Usually its best to start the round after someone blasts all robots with a bomb, a small bet of 1ce each or maybe 100cr each is recommended. )

• Jellyball - ( Jellyball is played by shield bashing jelly into an enemies goal, its played on the first level of the jelly palace in the second room which has 2 buttons that spawn enemies when the doors go down, those door openings are to be used as goals, a jellyball can be obtained in the first section where you are supposed to find a switch hiding in a rock, its easy to run away from the jelly there, clear out the next room, then lure the jelly back to the second area, the jellyball must not take damage from anyone because it will chase that person and that's considered cheating. Recommended shield is the proto shield. )

We got an idea to make a big guild poster with everyone in. the poster would be made similarly to the image of the officers club where each member would take a screenshot while talking to the NPC ( Non person character ) near the Haven garden, while in the conversation with him your character will appear on the right, that is the image we will be using, everyone who wants to be on the poster is supposed to make that screenshots and send a link to it to Zeeca on steam or post in on the forum but if you have steam, go trough steam, add Zeeca by visiting the Exalt steam group ( Exalt-Spiral knights ) and add the member called "ice" and send him a link to the screenshot you previously uploaded, in case you are forced to post you image elsewhere you can just post a link to that image in the forum page instead of posting the actual image. As for the poster it self, the initial idea is to have all the cutout characters lined up by rank and have a little square around their image, basically like a yearbook.

Our guild will be 2 years old in June!

We are making a playlist of songs that Exaltians love the most and that in a way can also represent our guild! This playlist will be published on the day we have a party to celebrate Exalt's birthday: June 29th! (You may also submit your songs beyond the party date!) On the forum thread, leave a list of your top 10 favorite songs along with the order you like them the most, and from those we will form a playlist of the most favorite ones!

You or a group can also work together on making some nice artwork. New logo design, weapon design, wallpapers, sketches, ideas, theme songs, achievements, your knight image, anything really. Create something, anything, and maybe someone else can improve on it and we end up bringing your idea to life as a community. Any ideas how else we can mark this event are welcome as well. Be creative, and let's have some fun.

A brave knight called Shiningfalcon once tried to defeat the notorious Jelly King. The knight fought bravely and with a full heart, but, sadly, his battle ended up in defeat. This shining knight must be avenged! He is stuck in a spiraling world of limbo and is not able to reach the heights of the Spiral Valhalla until he is avenged. This is a call to all of the Exalt knights, avenge the shining knight, kill the Jelly King, so the knight can reach the Spiral Valhalla and feast on the sweet jelly with all the other fallen Almirian and spiral order knights that shine up there, at the sky.

The rules are as follows:

For this battle teams can be formed from 1 to 3 players. Entry fee will be 30 CE per person ( for a 3 player team it will be 90 total ). Competition starts 21st April and lasts until 15th of May.

Not allowed:

Dark retribution bomb!

Penalties :

• Pill – 15 seconds
• Ce rev – 30 seconds
• Loss of heath at the end – 2 seconds per bar of health and 1 second for a half of a bar of health, this will be added onto the total.
• Party revive 2 min added to total time.

Penalties from all players of the team will be added up so all players affect the overall time ( If 1 players uses 1 pill and another player CE revives himself their teams will be increased for 45 seconds )

Once you have completed your boss battle please send a mail to Zeeca giving details of the following:

• Names of entrants
• Time of completion ( Time is measured from the moment the gate goes down at the boss until he shows the dieing animation )
• What weapons were used to take down the boss
• Number of pills used, if any
• Amount of ce revives, if any
• Amount of health lost, if any
• Amount of party revives, if any
• Also mail entrance fees ^_^

Prizes will be formed from the entry fee's

Secret Spiral Santa Knight
Wonderful Winterfest to you!
In light of the holiday season Exalt is hosting a Secret Santa Event!
What is a Secret Santa?
If you've never participated in a Secret Santa, here's how it works: Everyone who'd like to participate puts their name into a raffle. Once the names have been completely mixed up each participant takes a name from the raffle. Then each person then goes out and finds a gift for the person who's name they drew. At this point I've seen it done a different way, but this is my personal favorite method and also is the easiest to do on SK to keep everything anonymous All of the gifts are collected up, and of course labeled with their respective owner, and are finally handed out to their owners in a grand party. In this way, everyone serves as a Santa to each other, and does so Secretly. (cuz secrets are fun)
How do I participate?
Well, if you'd like to participate, it's pretty simple!
To be clear, participating means you will be expected to get a gift for the knight you are assigned.
Now that that's cleared up lets get to it!

All that's left to do is wait for the Secret Santa Party on Winterfest Weekend. (Starting Dec. 22 Eastern/Central)
All of the gifts will be handed out and much celebration shall be had!

• if your Knight is <3* gear would be a good idea
• If they're above that Costumes and Accessories are great
• NO GIFTCARDS. no gifts of just ce or cr. items only please!

Clockworks endurance competition
Levo's brainchild is here! Its a competition on which team can make it furthest in the clockworks using only 2 star equipment. This competition is taking place in the Diamond Queen gate ( Vanaduke gate ) and all teams must start from depth 8, Basile and towns along the way can be used as save spots, players can stop their run there and continue from there some other time.

• Party consists of 1 to 4 people.
• Party has to start from depth 8.
• CE revives are forbidden!
• Only 2 star weapons, armor sets and shields are allowed.
• Health trinkets are allowed but only 2 star ones and all other trinkets can be 5 star.
• Only 4 weapons allowed for the whole run and neither the shield or any armor piece is to be changed during the run, in case someone hasn't got all 4 weapon slots or both trinket slots unlocked, they are allowed to change weapons but the over all number of weapons used for the run has to be 4 and for trinkets 2.
• No costumes are allowed
• All UV's are allowed ( UV = Unique variant )
• Players are supposed to form their own teams and have one member apply them all
• Entry fee is 25 ce per team member, entry fee is to be mailed to Zeeca by the person who applies the team.
• Buying pills is not allowed for this event.

• All parties have to visit the arena on Depth 11 and complete the whole arena.
• 2 Screenshots needed - All parties have to have proof of completing the arena

by taking 1 screenshot at the end elevator and another screenshot at the very end of their run, weather its a party wipeout ( all party members dead ) or the party made it to the core.

Remember that not all 2 star items need to be bought with crowns, Snarbolax tokens can get you some items, so can the twins tokens, we all have some costume and mission items laying around so lets put them to good use. Good luck!

Halloween Costume Competition
The hallow costumes are here! We are all collecting costume items and looking pretty so we thought it would be fun to have a little event where we show off our new costumes. The entry fee is 10ce per costume and you need to pay that to Zeeca when he takes the screenshot of your costume. The costumes don't have to be full Hallow, they can have parts of other costume sets or items in them. Event ends on hallowen.

This competitions collected CE was 120ce overall but with some generous donations we were able to extend the prize fond a little bit. Congratulations to all the winners and thank you all for applying, all of the costumes were absolutely beautiful and the differences in the points were very small, many costumes were 1 point or 0.3 points away and as you can see, we even have some of the winners sharing the reward for 3rd place. Costumes were rated from 1 - 100 by Zeeca, Zenewk, Jyudie and since Zeeca and Jyudie were contestants themselves their costumes were judged by Levofloxacin so they would get 3 people judge their costumes too since they were not allowed to judge their costumes of course.

Exalt Swagfest 2012

Hai all the results for the compitition are as follows:

Original Judges were Shaarmallama, Aki and Sexyven (7), however 7 became unavailiable and emergency judge Yashi took his place. Once Yashi had finished judging we then had a problem! oh noes! all of teh 3 judges had entred the comp. Skruzo the orignal emergency judge was kidnapped by his friends so Zeeca teh 2nd emegency judge had to judge teh judges costumes, the marks that Zeeca gave made a fantabulous all round tie 3 guildies chipped in and added extra CE and prizes to the prize fond since there were so many people sharing rewards.

Attention all Exaltian's due to its popularity last time it is time for another epic round of banter and swaggery. Exalt with be holding a new costume competition so we can show off our swaggy new costumes, have a laugh and take a chance at winning the grand prize. The competition starts now and and there is plenty of time to come up with a costume before the competition ends. You can enter costumes looking as silly, scary or as pretty as you like.

The contest will be finishing on the 22nd of September at 8pm gmt and to enter see one of the officers or Gm's who will be more than happy to take your screenshot and entrance fee/s.

Exalt Costume Contest-closed

Yes! The first Exalt costume contest is here! We have all been looking so pretty we diceded to make a little costume contest so we can show off our ideas for a chance to win the grand prize but mostly for the fun of looking cute, silly, scary and just hanging out with the guild. The contest starts right now and everyone from the guild can participate, entry fee for the contest is 20ce per contestant. The contest winners beside winning the prizes will also get a chance to judge the judges! The contest won't last long so better get working on that costume right away knights.

Judging will be held on may the 5th at 9pm gmt in the haven garden, at that time join Akikita since she is the head judge and the banker for this event.

Judges will be in the contest too and they will also have a mini costume contest of their own that will be judged by the contest winners.

Judges will look at the costume in haven and on inspect to make sure they can catch the best sides of it, screenshots will be taken of all the costumes and then the judges will decide on the winners of the contest from those, the winners will be announced on the following day.

In case a knight can't make it on 5th of may he or she is to notify the judges so they can try and organize a small group of members at a different time from the main group. In case you have something come up on short notice still make sure to notify the judges, they might be able to help.

The contest entry fee ( 20 CE ) is to be sent to Akikita via the in game mail and then all the collected CE from contestants will go for some additional special prizes.

Exalt proto challenge
From time to time Exalt will organize some games within the game, a competition or a challenge of some sort, the rules for those minigame's will be displayed here with the results and all the other information needed for that event. If you yourself have a suggestion for such a competition or a challenge or even something else, feel free to talk about it and post a suggestion on the Exalt forum. All the previous events will be saved on the wiki.

T1 arena competition

Rules:

• Any rank can participate in this event
• Each try costs 10 ce ( to be given to the referee when he joins the arena, you can try as many times as you want but each try costs 10ce )
• The competition will take place in the Venom fang arena - Beastly brawl in the copper queen gate, depth 2
• The competition lasts as long as the copper queen gate exists
• Armor, helm and shield have to be 0 star ( doesn't have to be proto as long as its 0 star )
• Sword and gun can be 1 star ( you can use any 2 weapons you want as long as they are 1 star )
• !!!<NEW RULE>!!! Not allowed to use expansion mission items for this contest ( prototype rocket hammer )
• Only 2 weapons allowed
• No trinkets allowed
• No pills allowed!!! ( you are not allowed to use pills, using a pill will add 1 minute to your time )
• Each revive costs you 1 minute extra
• All boxes must be broken ( the minerals don't have to be broken )

To participate contact any of the veterans or higher ranking members who are online, talk to them before starting your run and invite them in the arena, they will then kill themselves at the start and watch you solo while measuring time from the moment you stepped on the button to the moment you killed your last enemy.

Prizes:

• 1st place reward is 1000 ce
• 2nd place reward is 2/3 of the ce we get from the contestants and a surprise 3 star item
• 3rd place reward is 1/3 of the ce we get from the contestants and a surprise 3 star item

All veterans, officers and guild masters are referees for this event, Zeeca will be the banker for this event, all veterans are instructed to pass the ce they got from the contest to Zeeca directly when they see him online, mail it to him or pass it on to an officer or a guild master. A veteran must make sure to die right at the start of the arena, the ref must suicide using a fov or faust if he owns it if not he must wear proto and die in the place best suited for the contestant ( suggested spot is the upper part of the room right beside the gate), Referee needs to measure time from the moment the competitor steps on the button and stop measuring at the moment when the competitor has killed the last enemy. If the competitors time is within the top 10 the results must be mailed to Zeeca. Mail the result and the ce together in the same mail and in the head of the mail write the contestants name and overall time with penalties.
