Montague is a Mewkat in Moorcroft Manor that exchanges Ancient Pages for Kat-Themed gear.
During a short period of time a special Montague, which only sold the Shrouded Crest, was in the last map of the event's prestige mission but was removed after release 2026-07-08, now Montague only appears in Moorcroft Manor and sells the costume shield only during the event.
