The release notes for 2011-10-20 are incomplete, and need to be edited. This patch also includes:

• Significantly reduced Divine Avenger Charge Attack Spread
• Changed particle effect for weapon charging to be more minimal.

2011-10-21 missing

It's actually on there and I can see it. I think it's the wiki issue where it shows an older version of the page striking random users. --Equinox 16:23, 22 October 2011 (UTC)

No, this isn't a browser cache issue, it's a wiki serving up old pages weird issue. I just edited the page to remove the older releases so it's just 5 on the page, maybe that will push it in the right direction. --Equinox 18:34, 22 October 2011 (UTC)
