Description

A handgun alchemized from a hardened tortodrone shell. While wielding it you can feel the primal energy of a rampaging wolver pack within waiting to be unleashed.

Acquisition

The Savage Tortofist can be crafted at the Mysterious Alchemy Machine.

Attacks

Basic Attack

A 2-shot handgun that lunges forward and releases a bullet with each lunge. The first bullet causes slight knock-back while the second bullet causes moderate knock-back.

Charge Attack

Launches a barrage of six crystals into the sky, landing in a vicinity around three to four tiles ahead of the original charge location or if a Monster is in front of your charge location. Once the crystals are lodged into the ground, they will continually damage any monsters coming in contact with them until the crystals decay.

While the crystals are lodged into the ground, they act as a nearly impassable wall for Monsters.

The "torto guns" below are mostly the same. These guns all behave the same way, they just have different damage types:
normal (red), elemental (green), piercing (yellow), or shadow (purple).

  • The basic attack of a Tortofist. Notice how the knight is forced to step forward.

  • Movement Speed seems unaffected by charging.

  • The charge attack of a Tortofist. Notice how the knight is forced backwards.

  • The residual crystals of the charge attack seem to deter enemy movement for a short while.
