It is hypothesized that the two Lost Souls in Blackstone Bridge are actually one soul, appearing in both the the beginning and end of the floor. This could easily be two different souls, and this seems to be the more likely scenario - considering the [[Lost Soul (Shroud of the Apocrea)|Lost Souls in The Obsidian Nexus]]. These also have similar appearances to each other and no names of their own, but have distinct locations visible at the same time.
