[edit] [purge] Template documentation

Usage

To provide information about health changes as an item increases in heat level. Many items follow a pattern associated with star level, but several do not.

Code

{{healthbonus|0}}

Parameters

Required

1
You do not have to use "=", just fill in the empty space after the "|" in the template. Can be "none" or a number between 0 and 7. The number entered pertains to the amount of health gained at heat level 0, not the star level of the item.
none = This item does not grant bonus health pips.

0 =
Level 1+: Health Bonus: +0
Level 5+: Health Bonus: +1
(usually applies to 1-star items)

1 =
Level 1+: Health Bonus: +1
Level 5+: Health Bonus: +2
(usually applies to 2-star items)

2 =
Level 1+: Health Bonus: +2
Level 5+: Health Bonus: +3
(usually applies to 3-star items)

3 =
Level 1+: Health Bonus: +3
Level 5+: Health Bonus: +4
(usually applies to 4-star items)

4 =
Level 1+: Health Bonus: +4
Level 5+: Health Bonus: +5
(usually applies to 5-star items)

7=
Level 1+: Health Bonus: +7
Level 5+: Health Bonus: +8
(unusual, applies only to ancient plate items)

Notes

In general, it is safe to just put the healthbonus equal to one number less than the star level, but pay attention to tooltip "abilities" in case the item is unusual, like ancient stuff or the Vitasuit armor, and so on.
