Description
Offers very high resistance to normal and elemental damage, plus high resistance to Fire, Freeze, and Shock (with a small weakness against the Stun status.)
This recipe is currently broken: it requires 10 (!) wise owlite shields to craft, making it unreasonable for all but the most determined collector to craft. It is recommended that all attempts to craft this item be held off until the recipe is fixed.
