The High Stun will be helpful for absorbing Vanaduke's mace hits (as well as lumbars elsewhere) and the Low Elemental is not wasted because it will stack with the shields already formidable Elemental defense. The damage faced in FSC is Normal (Vanaduke's mace, Slag Guards, and Trojans), Elemental, Fire, and Shadow (Zombies). That is why the Grey Owlite (5* version of this shield) is so popular for FSC runs.

The Glacius (5* Ice Brandish) is widely viewed as the best Brandish for running FSC due to that added control that Strong freeze provides. Pair this with the most popular FSC armor, Vog set, and the ASI Very High combined with the UV Undead Medium will turn this into a real zombie blender. That or pair it with a Skolver set's Very High Sword Damage Bonus for Maximum! damage bonus to Undead.
