The Stranger Hat Costume is associated with the Stranger NPC. It resembles a combination of a real-world caving helmet and slouch hat. The headlight is prismatic, matching the player's Personal Color.

Description
- A hat once worn by the enigmatic strangers. It seems to have small, colorful feathers hiding in every seam. - the feathers are probably snipe feathers, as snipes frequently sit on top of strangers.

- Auction House - Sometimes the Featured Auction House has Stranger Hats.
