This list is ordered by Date of Release when in default, with repeated boxes (like Solstice) using the first date of release to organize them within this default order. For more information about odds, cost to obtain, and so on, see pages linked to in the "Items and Odds" column.
+
The "Method of Acquisition" column describes how to get the most recent release of a box. Want to know which boxes you can get "for free" just by playing the game, even if it's only during certain times of the year? Sort this column and look for "Gameplay," or more rarely, "Giveaway." Almost all of these boxes are temporarily available, with the only exception being the Forge Prize Box. A few are re-released and/or come in the Surprise Box, so keep your hopes up!

For a list of more current events and boxes, see the news page or individual box pages. This page is merely a list of boxes that have been released, and should not be used as a source of news, because many boxes are re-released (sometimes with added or changed contents) as time goes on, and again, this list does not post repeated boxes in their own individual rows.
+
The "Items and Odds" column contains links to official staff posts regarding sensitive information about boxes, such as odds, cost, and other important information. Not all official posts will have the same kinds of information consistently, depending on the nature of the box.

Revision as of 11:29, 27 January 2015

A Prize Box is a usable that presents the player with random prize(s) when opened. Most Prize Boxes are obtained from in-game purchases with real-world currency. Others have been available from the Supply Depot or Token Traders like Maskwell. They do not require a key to be opened, unlike a Lockbox. Each contains one of several possible prizes - usually one prize per box in addition to commemorative confetti.

List

Editor Note Below is an elaborate sortable list. This show/hide contains information about how to use the list efficiently.

Notes

As of April, 2014 (with the Blooming Prize Box Promotion), prize boxes are generally purchased directly using real-world currency and are not sold with purchases of Energy.
