This item was introduced during the fourth Winterfest in December 2014.
Prismatic Aspect: Sections of the fabric are prismatic, matching the player's personal color.
The metallic parts of this item have a sheen. The shoulder area constantly sheds snow effects, similar to how an aura behaves.
This item follows the polar color pattern in an unusual manner, compared to other items.
