This costume was introduced with hunter coloration in August 2012.Admin Post
It is one of several "recolored" costumes. It also seems to be a "popular" design, with many other helmet and costume items having a similar shape.
It is probably intended to be in a "set" with the Cuirass, based on the shapes of the Volt Breaker gear items.
