Tokens are items dropped by boss monsters. They can be used to purchase items from the vendor Brinks in Haven and Moorcroft Manor. You cannot trade tokens.
There are currently three types of tokens:

Almirian Seals from Lord Vanaduke

Jelly Gems from the Royal Jelly

Primal Sparks from Treasure boxes
After a boss monster is killed, 3-5 tokens are dropped. Similar to crowns and heat, each player gets one token for each token that is picked up. Primal Sparks, however, are distributed like materials.
