Notes

Gear:

Helmet: similar to the Azure Guardian Helm.
Armor: seems to be a rucksack+Spiral Draped Armor combo that is nearly identical to the outfit Kozma adorns herself with.
Shield: this character does not carry a shield.
Weapon(s): a Beast Basher (which likely is intended to be like a real-world Ice Axe, since "Grinchlin Assault" is about ascending an icy mountain).

"Hail" is the greeting this NPC uses - a common one to be sure, but also probably a sort of pun, because hail is cold, as is the season during which Mount Krampus can be ascended.

Tenzhill's name is similar to a Tibetan name (བསྟན་འཛིན) that roughly means "expounder of teachings" and "protector of faith". This is appropriate, as Tenzhill is a knight, and therefore can fight and defend, and "teaches" players about the hazards of the mission. "Hill" in Tenzhill's name probably refers to the mountain, Krampus.
