A legendary suit of armor said to imbue the wearer with the might of heavenly thunder.
Acquisition
Randomly from a 
Stormy Prize Box.
Notes
This costume was introduced during the Stormy Prize Box Promotion in May 2013.
It has a sheen and its own golden sparking "aura."
