Appearance

Kragen is a stranger wearing a blue and brown robe. They wear a wooden mask painted with the image of a blue shield, indicating the type of item they sell.

A blue snipe is perched on their head, a white snipe is perched on their right shoulder, and a brown one is perched on their left shoulder.

Notes

This character has been in the game since release 2011-04-04 when the game officially launched.
