The Swarm is a type of dark energy found in the Shadow Lair.
Traits
The Swarm is the dreadful darkness that envelops the Shadow Lairs. Its power is becoming more intense and tangible as the Knights down in its territory, reaching its highest expression in the Unknown Passage.
It can be perceived as a black pixelated strange mist floating wrapping their territories and in some areas it may become concentrated to the point of forming a strange source from which flows its own dark essence. This is called a Swarm Seed.
Swarm Portal
A small swarm portal that is used to recreate fallen members of the swarm. It is more like a Grim Totem then an actual monster, therefore it does not fall under a bracket. Any swarm-infected monster placed above these dark lakes will increase their defenses until invulnerability.
