Description
A ticket for an accessory that can be attached to the rear of select armors. Accessory tickets can be redeemed at the Accessorizor in the Haven Bazaar. — Tooltip
A Cat Tail is an accessory that attaches to an armor rear. It is a tail similar to that of a cat, with a bell on the end. These accessories are animated. They flail around rapidly, similar to how a startled cat flails its tail. See below animations to get an idea.

History
Cat tails were first made available during the Wild Side promotion, with the purchase of an Energy Pack in 2012.[1]. Some have since been seen in Supply Depot Flash Sales, Featured Auction House, and in the case of the Shadow Cat Tail, as an obsidian prize box prize.
